My favourite socks

My favourite socks! I have bought these for both of my daughters-in-law in the past and this year I bought some for myself. They are so soft and warm, and the patterns are lovely. Shipping was quick too.

Very Poor!!! DO NOT ORDERTheir return policy states 60 days return for items purchased from 01/11/24 for Xmas presents.when you try to return they say it’s 30 days and offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase.This company should be done for misspelling and advertising.Terrible customer service

Great product, even if the ads should be clearer about the percentage of real merino wool in each pack. And the delivery wasn't that fast, but i've seen worse. Good job overall!

What a mess

What a mess. Many people, it would seem , have the same issue as me. It can't be a coincidence. Ordered socks in Dec. Received the wrong size. Emailed on 27th Dec. Told to send them back at my own expense . Their failure to provide the correct size = faulty goods under the consumer rights act therefore they should be paying for returns. Now they are ignoring my emails, even though they finally admitted to sending the wrong item, then retracted that and said they sent the right item. All in all a shambles and, can't put my finger on it but it feels scammy to me. I would appreciate a response to my email VERONICA! and for Nordic socks to put right their error. I would also appreciate not being told I have to return them by a certain time, when I have tried to sort this out since Dec 27th. Nordic Socks, you seriously need to sort out your customer service dept, who have told me completely different things, but most of all have not sorted this issue. Its not acceptable to ignore customers nor is it acceptable to make mistakes and expect the customer to pay for them. So please respond to my emails.
