My rower is out of service

My rower is out of service. It’s 18 months old and console is broken. Over $1200 to replace and the machine was $2300. Does anyone see what’s wrong with this picture. It has been an expensive lesson learned so if this helps you avoid Nordictrack then I won’t feel so bad for being one of their suckers. Go to company Push Pedal Pull for quality products with reasonable part pricing and service in home also reasonable unlike Nordictrack who wanted to charge $200 plus travel expenses. I asked was the technician driving more than 8 hours but they didn’t know. Service call’s answered in India and they read from the owner manual. Heck I can read that myself. Again Run don’t walk from Nordictrack

On hold forever

On hold forever. Tried to reset machine and told two people needed. Sorry I live alone! Set up a shipment for replacement part and they sent to wrong address. Been on the phone 40 minutes just trying to fix. Unbelievable. Service agents have to check everything with support to move forward. Very poor experience.

Love the treadmill! Excellent incline

Love the treadmill overall. I'm kinda tall and having to look down so far to the screen gets a little taxing after long runs. Love the inclines, the fans a little weak, but love how quiet the motor is. I wish I could tilt the screen back so the angle was good for my height. I wish there was a heart rate monitor. Not super necessary cause my watch does that for me but it gets weird trying to merge data from the treadmill and my watch.

Amazing customer service!

My machine failed and the team could not have been more helpful to find a solution for me. The solution they came up with far exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend them enough!!

NordicTrack Treadmill, loud as a jet engine

I have been a NordicTrack owner and Ifit subscriber since 2018. I have the s22i bike which has served me well. My first treadmill was the Commercial 2950 and I loved it, along with the Ifit experience. That's where the lovefest ends. In August 2024, I received a Commercial 2450 as a warranty replacement. I cannot emphasize just how loud this treadmill is at operating speed (84-87 decibels). The loud "jet engine" noise made by the motor is extremely loud, unpleasant and makes it nearly impossible to hear the trainer in the videos. This is not a bug but a normal feature as I have learned from other online complaints (See Reddit post, complete with videos, titled "New Commercial 2450 Treadmill loud as a commercial jet!"). I am currently in a back and forth with IFit to fix what is obviously a motor design problem. I have had 4 service visits to try and correct the issue. Each time requiring hours on the phone and requests for videos to demonstrate the problem. The motor has been replaced twice, the drive belt has been replaced, they've sent me two lube kits, and most recently, another diagnostic visit where I've been told "sorry this is normal!" Just today they have ordered yet "another" motor and front roller assembly. I just want this nightmare to be over; either provide a solution, admit you have sold a product with a known defect, provide an acceptable replacement, or refund the purchase price.

I had a fantastic experience with NordicTrack’s customer service when I reached out about my X24i treadmill. The representative was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. My NordicTrack bike has been a life changer.

My NordicTrack bike has been a life changer. The opportunity to ride all over the world and choose different effort levels and duration of rides to suit my lifestyle is excellent. The setup was relatively simple as was signing up to iFit. The user interface is easy to navigate and as someone who had access to the Beta presently in production, I am looking forward to it going live. The real motivation is getting out on the road and track with "G", Bobby J, John P, Nicole, Regan, Kate and all of the trainers. You know you're in the space when you duck to go under a low hanging branch.

Problems since day one

Brand new treadmill that cost over 3,000.00 dollars, squeaks so bad on incline and decline, and the touch screen doesn't work properly. Called them and they wanted to walk me through taking the treadmill apart to troubleshoot it. Luckily, I demanded a service technician come out since it's under warranty. Service technician comes out says it needs a new touchscreen so puts a recommendation out for a new one. Says I should hear something in three to five days. I hear absolutely nothing back. Called yesterday morning, waited on the phone for two hours with no one picking up. Went to their supposed faster online help website, still no one there to help, waited for 45 minutes. Called the service technician to see if he could help me. He gave me a different number to call and find out what the hold up is. Called them today, only to be told that someone made a note on the service request that I need to do software troubleshooting before they will send out a new touchscreen. The note was made about a week ago, but no one even contacted me about the update. Now I will have to call them back later on and hope that I can get a hold of someone to try to troubleshoot the touchscreen. This isn't the only problem with this treadmill. The squeaking had decided to stop while the technician was out here looking at it, but of course it was temporary. Was on the treadmill last night and the squeaking was so horrendous I could hear it over my ear buds. And when I say this treadmill is brand new, I mean I got it last month and it was giving issues since day one, with nothing resolved a month and a half later. I have spent way less on treadmills in the past and they worked perfectly fine for years. I thought nordictrack was a bit more higher end, but I guess I was wrong. Won't ever get another Nordictrack again.

Great programme but high cost jump is wrong

I love the programme but I have a huge problem with the fact I have sent multiple emails asking why the monthly cost has risen from $19 to $45 per month with no notice. And with no response to my emails. It’s unconscionable behaviour and price gouging. I would like an explanation
