Poor build quality and support. NordicTrack has absolutely awful build quality and warranty terms. I have had 3 instances where a brand new treadmill has broken down and required a service tech to fix the issues. The extended warranty I purchased does not cover all parts of equipment even if they fail due to poor build quality though, so expect to pay out of pocket if something other than the motor or touchscreen fails.
The treadmill I have has many built in features with the screen that I love. I love the built in streaming services apps that I can use while working out. I also appreciate the time and care put into packaging the treadmill so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit. The instructions and tools helped making the set up process easy. It was still time consuming but easy. I received this product at a discount to provide a review.
I am loving the treadmill so far, the automatically adjusting incline and speed during the runs/walks is so cool. You truly don't have to think, you can just hop on the tread and your workout is already scheduled. I also like how it shows how many miles you run each week/month to track your progressTreadmill is great to use since I got it, really like the ability to multitask like watch TV, listen to music, all while getting my workout in on my own time. The adjustable deck is great too with inclines and I feel safe on it with the built in safety controls. If you are looking for a good home treadmill, this is the top of the line. This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but the review above is my honest and unbiased opinion
We recently bought the 1750 model of treadmill from NordicTrack. It was an awful product. It took 5 minutes at minimum every time we turned it on before it was "ready" to be started. If you don't want iFit which is overly expensive, it is even worse as the machine will continually try to get you to do a workout. After struggling with the unit for over a week, we returned it and ate the restocking fee. Total nightmare. We wound up getting a True treadmill instead and love it. Don't buy NordicTrack!!!!!
I loved the ease of the assembly. I walked through the step by step video instructions. The only adjustment I had to make was to adjust the belt, which only required me to turn an Allen key 180 degrees. The touch screen is large and the buttons are spaced out enough that you don’t have to worry about selecting the wrong thing. This is an incentivized review
If you’re considering the Commercial 1250, I highly recommend it. Whether you’re a casual walker or a dedicated runner, this treadmill can cater to your needs and keep you motivated. I like to add a weighted vest for extra fun! It has become a staple in my daily routine! Please note that this is an incentivized and honest review.
Excellent customer service from the nordicTrack team! I had a issue with my NordicTrack X22 treadmill that was not resolved with replacing parts, and NordicTrack replaced the machine. The process was easy, and I was even allowed to pay the difference to upgrade to a newer model. Very Happy with the outcome!
A solid treadmill from the ground up. Couldn’t be more happy with the assembly and use of this treadmill. The iFIT workout programs seem endless which will keep me engaged for quite a while. Super happy with this one! This is an incentivized review.
I purchased a NordicTrack from Dick's Sporting Good in December 2019. Today, I received an email from iFit that indicated: With the release of our new lineup of machines and the launch of the new iFIT, we’re excited to share the latest in home fitness tech that brings personalized fitness to you. From revamped hardware to new iFIT features like streaming services3 and Workout Creator, we’ve revamped just about everything.Because your current machine will no longer receive iFIT software updates, it qualifies for our Trade-Up Program. When you buy new equipment, you’ll receive 20% off and free delivery, installation, and removal of your old machine. Plus, $100 off an iFIT annual membership so you can get the most out of your investment.I was shocked that NordicTrack would discontinue supporting iFit on a treadmill that was purchased less than 5 years ago. This is not a promising situation for Nordic Track, Icon or any of their other brands owned by Icon Health & Fitness including Proform, Weider, HealthRider, WorkoutWarehouse, Weslo, UTS, Gold's Gym, iFit, Altra and FreeMotion. If NordicTrack can do this regarding a treadmill that I purchased 5 years ago, what will they do to you in 4-5 years?I liked the product. But, I would not have purchased this product knowing this is how NordicTrack operates. FYI - My last treadmill that I purchased lasted well over 10 years. Treadmills are expensive and you don't expect that they become obsolete in less than 5 years.
I really have annoyed this treadmill. I think it looks great and functions well. I do love the big screen and all of the options for training/running etc. my biggest complaint is that there is no place to set your phone and watch it. There are cup holders but that doesn’t do the job. It’s great, but for the price I think could use a couple missed details. *this is an incentivized review*
