NordicTrack 2450 Commercial Series - 10/10

I’ve been really impressed with this new treadmill during my recent workouts, trying everything from speed intervals to longer endurance sessions. It’s been a fantastic addition to my routine! One of the standout features is the wide range of customizable settings, which lets me tailor each workout to my specific goals. I also love the built-in fans that keep me cool, even during intense sessions.The ability to easily switch between different terrains is a game-changer; I can simulate hills or flat courses effortlessly. Plus, the Bluetooth connectivity is great for streaming my favorite podcasts or audiobooks while I run. The sturdy design makes it feel incredibly stable, even at higher speeds. Overall, I can’t recommend this treadmill enough for anyone looking to boost their fitness journey! This is an incentivized review.

Nordictrack for the win!

Nordictrack has been my go to brand for treadmills! My parents had one growing up, so I was excited to get one when I got my new place. It is smooth and quiet and I love the iFit feature with trainer workouts. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Ongoing Updates, can not work out!

I want to workout and not experiance the updates and broken software. Get it together.Who does the programming? The janitor? He/she might do a better job. I have an abo and I can not use it, because you broke the equitment. Very poor support and software. I would not buy it again.

Canada has many great running opportunities

I have been using the 2450 TM since September 20201) We need more NEW advanced workouts. Focus is too heavy on beginners. I have done all Treadmill advanced runs many times already. 2) We need new trainers too. The "old" ones are good but unfortunately there is only so much they can say that is new. We hear the same thing from them in every series. New people would have a different perspective. 3) Bring back people like Lucy Bartholomew, Casey Gilbert. They are awesome but we don't see anything new from them unfortunately. 4) Canada has some pretty awesome places to showcase. Toronto and Niagara are not the best we have to offer. Rockies was a good start. But the Maritimes, Newfoundland, prairie provinces, National Parks & Historical sites under Parks Canada have so much to offer. This is on your doorstep so you don't have to always go to Europe or Africa.I hope these ideas will be considered.Have a good day

If I could leave a 0/5 star I would!!!! DONT BUY!!! Buyers be warn! This treadmill is the worst for the amount of money … just say noooo! I bought it in sept, got to me in at the end of that month (not bad). That following weekend my husband put it together and a few days later, I ran on it… the belt was loose, called them and they sent someone to come out. Replaced the roller (that took a week) the belt was still loose, call them again sent that guy again, not the motor needed replacing and the mother board, took another 3 weeks to get that sent and put in. STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THE BELT SLIPPING… called and the nordictrack rep basically told me that there is nothing that can be done bc I’m outside the 30days policy… I had it longer that 45 days and the machine isn’t working properly and they won’t even send maintenance out anymore… I gave a warranty but they won’t fix my machine… bs. Don’t make the mistake I did and trust this garbage a** company!!!!

I found that a lot of the instructors…

I found that a lot of the instructors are pushing fitness ideas that have been debunked and are no longer supported my modern science.Instructors are also too repetitive in such a short amount of time. You do not need to say "let's level up" every few minutes on a beginner walking video.

Excellent treadmill and sturdy

This is an excellent treadmill. I love the sturdiness, especially at high speeds. I am a big man and usually have problems with treadmill shakes/extreme loudness, even in gyms. Not with this treadmill. I love it and highly recommend it. This is an incentivized review.

Purchased the x22i treadmill approx. four years ago. The machine had some break downs including motor/control board and most recently the structural frame. Most individual will wonder why am I so loyal to NordicTrack, the answer is simple, exceptional customer service. What separates this company from others is their level of commitment in ensuring their customer are cared for even after their purchase. It is a fact, machines will break, however the difference is in the after purchase service. Every single issues I experienced with the machine has been handled professionally, promptly, and efficiently. I need to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marie Claire Mangny, a truly dedicated employee. She ensured to answer all my questions, validate my concerns, provide feedback, and ensure proper resolution. Regardless if the machine is replaced, Marie Claire provided exemplary customer service. She had the ability to defuse the situation, provide some clear directions, and manage the issue. Her dedication and management of the situation will ensure I remain a loyal customer of NordicTrack.
