Everything was handled incredibly fast, friendly, and without any complications.A special thank you to Reina, who provided outstanding support throughout the whole process. She was very responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and smooth.I received a replacement product immediately, and the whole situation was resolved in a very professional way.On top of that, I really like the concept behind the products. The fragrance balm is a unique and practical idea, and the quality is excellent.Overall, I’m very satisfied and can highly recommend both the products and the customer service!
I received excellent customer service support from Reina after experiencing shipping delays with my NORD package (due to carrier issues). Reina responded promptly, personally monitored the re-delivery, provided frequent updates, and followed up to ensure everything arrived. As for the products, the cases have a satisfying heft, and every fragrance smells wonderful - they feel high quality.
I ordered one of their products a few weeks ago, at first the tracking they sent me got no updates whatsoever for about a week. I then contacted the customer service and Reina updated me very quickly: the package was lost by the courier, so they managed to send another one, which arrived in a few days.Reina again contacted me some days later to assure I received the products, which I appreciated.The products itself are really good, smells great and the perfume lasts for very long.The only downside could be the packaging: they send the products in small cardboard boxes, which is environmentally friendly for sure, but without any seal it gets a little bit dirty during the expedition. Not a big deal, but maybe it could be improved somehow.
I had ordered a couple of fragrances (Bonfire and Dancing Flowers) which got lost somewhere in the delivery process. But, Reina from the customer service was very supportive in ensuring that I received my goods. Both the fragrances are great and well worth the wait.
Delivery was handed over to the post office so getting it was a bit inconvenient but that's not that big of a deal for me. I really liked the design and packaging, feels very premium and minimalistic. I ordered a bundle of 3 scents - Bed of Roses, Dancing Flowers and Bonfire. All scents are really nice, I gave the Bonfire to my husband as I think it's a tad more masculine. The issue I find is that you have to apply a lot if you want to actually smell it yourself and reapply during the day. I don't want to smother everyone around in my perfume but I believe Nord should consider making the scents stronger and noticeable. Otherwise it's just not going to be worth it. I hope they'll consider that feedback as I saw a lot of people's reviews mention that. And I really like the scents so I'll consider buying more if they decide to address that.
