I've been living in portugal for 2 years now and i love gaming, and sudently since like 2 weeks back I can't play league of legends due to the high ping, when i call the support they don't know to help me which outrageous, how can a multimilionaire company not be able to fix a simple problem????

Horrible

Horrible. Service is often down or very slow. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and Customer Service if virtually non existant.Stay away and choose another provider

not brilliant at all

faulty hardware, poorly trained staff, tens of blackouts every single day for over three years. Amazing to experience this after reading numerous articles on the internet that Portugal has one of the best internet infrastructures. Not true. And NOS confirms it.
