Nos called me while I was still had 5 months on my contract with MEO. Nos promised that they would pay up the MEO contract and I would have nothing to worry about. After 3 months paying both MEO and NOS , Nos came back and said they could only reimburse me 40 euros for my meo contract which is not even 1 month worth. I cancelled my contract and now want me to pay 600 euro cancellation fee. Stay away from this company
Hello, at my summer house in Lagos, Portugal, i have been disconnected since 9 Oct Bégin p.m. I have tried to reach thé local Nos office at Lagos and nobody is taking thé phone. So, i went on thé 10 oct at their office, as thé internet was still down. Théy gave me an émergency phone number and Nos employée added that i had to push thé digit 1 or 2 to get thé UK language. I tried several options about 10 times and none of thèm worked. So, i don't know how to résolve this problèm... if their emegency process is not able to reach. What a disaster the NOS technical & émergency service...
Such a horrible company. You are paying to be robbed. I work at night and it is dor horrible every night after 8pm the internet goes completely down. I DO NO RECOMMEND under any circumstances. Their technology is outdated. I had MEO before switching to please an older family member and it has been a nightmare ever since. I cannot complete my work at nights and I am completely frustrated every single night. Especially when it rains. The internet is unusable. Completely down. I am desperate to leave this horrible old company I. Order to be able to work at nights. Every single night the internet does not allow me to connect.
NOS literally stole money from me.I purchased a 15 days sim data which stopped working after 13, right the day before the internet connection was paramount to me both for professional and personal reasons.The employees at the NOS store in Esposende, despite their efforts, were completely useless (and shocked) witnesses of their own company’s inefficiency and unwillingness to help.After several hours spent at the store and on the phone with their “support” (why did I have to speak with them and not the employees ???) (I had to go back there 3 times in the same day, since they provided false reassurance that the issue would have been fixed in minutes), I had no choice but accepting to pay (!!!) extra 7.50€ for another card, despite the customer and technical “support” (quotes are due since that was no support whatsoever) confirmed that the problem was on their end.Never experienced such incompetence, unprofessionalism, dishonesty.More than disappointment, definitely despicable behaviour.
I live in Portugal and my landlord has provided NOS "broadband".EVERY night around 21:00 the bandwidth drops to almost zero, so I can't use Facetime to call my wife.If I turn WiFi off and use data roaming on my UK phone, there's no problem whatsoever.And today I can't even connect to the internet without using my UK EE phone's hotspot.Shocking.
