I would rate it 0 stars if I could. The ice bath did not come as advertised. The chiller arrived 7 days before the ice bath. The materials provided are too cheap to work properly so the chiller will not circulate or cool the water. It is a product I would have never purchased if I had know the quality and the issues I would have.
UPDATE: The company replied to my original comment immediately about how bad the service was and the product is, asking me for contact information so they could reach out about my experience. I've heard nothing from them in a week so I'm dropping them to 1 star. A week is plenty of time to respond if they cared about their customer's experience. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANY NURECOVER PRODUCTS.It took 30 days to receive and when it finally arrived, wow what a hilariously cheap product. It's made of plastic tubes, what appears to be a cheap steamer with poorly translated instructions and red LED(?) lights on a spool that you clip to the plastic tubes. It works, but don't bother with this unless you're desperate for an in house steam. Just go to the gym and use one there. Or if you can, buy something better.If this makes it to the end of the 1 year warranty I'll be shocked.
I love my sauna. It was easy to put together, it actually works as good or better as the bigger one at my gym. Only thing bad - I never received my free ice bath with my sauna as promised when I purchased the unit. No big deal but if I was suppose to get it. I would appreciate it being sent to me
I purchased the Steamer and Cold Plunge combo almost a year ago and it's been amazing just perfect for the price. The Steamer box broke about 8 months after purchase and customer service was amazing with a prompt response and with no questions asked send a replacement. Great buy and great company
I have the sauna pro with the red light and the pod pro with the chiller and they have revolutionized my daily routine. I work out in the morning then sit in the chiller for 10 minutes and it totally energizes my day. It also helps in the recovery after my workout.At night I sit for 15 minutes in the Sauna before rinsing off and going to bed and I fall asleep pretty quickly and it has helped with my resting and my easing in to the end of the night.Highly recommend these products, the support has been great with assistance on setting it up and everything has held up well after 3 months.
