Review Time
Very unhappy with the product and service. Requested refunds but always denied. Tent cover smells horribly bad, chemical smell is unusable. Prong on steamer also broke. I've only used 2x in the last month because of constant problems. Poles for tent are also very flimsy.
I had been looking for a sauna for quite awhile and finally settled on the Nurecover. Living in a condo, space is an issue. This fits perfectly in the area I made for it. I've used it for over a month with only one issue, that being my remote didn't work. Nurecover replaced that for me quickly. I think the steamer works well and without issue. The chair included is extremely short, so I ordered a plastic bench that fits in the enclosure. That makes it much more comfortable.
The shipping was quick and the sauna is amazing. I was skeptical but purchased it knowing there was the money back guarantee. It was about 10 minutes to set up and so easy to use. I have had it about 3 weeks and have been using it almost every day for 20 minutes. highly recommend as an economical version with home with all the same benefits of the larger ones.
I purchased a cheaper version because it had a smaller footprint. It showed up missing couplings and got it all together and there was no zipper to get in and out. Returned it and got this one. Could not be happier. Me brother has a different brand and says his doesn’t get up to a therapeutic heat level. I wanted to do 30 minutes the other day and tapped out at 22 minutes. It gets hot. I encompassed mine with styrofoam insulation because my basement is cold and will get colder in Midwest winter. 5 stars for a portable
I ordered a sauna from Nurecover on the 7th of November, with an advertised delivery time of 3 to 5 days. It has now been 22 days, and I am still waiting for it to arrive.Customer service has been unhelpful, simply stating that I need to wait for it to arrive without offering any concrete updates or solutions. To make matters worse, we are now at Black Friday, and the same sauna has been reduced further in cost, which only adds to the frustration.This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication and delay in delivery have left me regretting this purchase. Based on this, I cannot recommend Nurecover and hope they improve their service in the future.1 star.
Just tried to use the sauna tonight, The heater is cheaply made, no one has even thought about saftey of the product, it's a cheap low quality product for a high profit margin. How this has no PRV installed is beyond me! then to use a flexable tubes that can kink and cause back pressure. Used it tonight and bang the lid with kettle full of scalding hot water exploded all over me causing burns.the person who designed this is gonna seriously cause life changing damage! Looking into getting it taken of the market as we speak and will be taking legal advice for my injurys. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I have loved my sauna and it’s been a huge help to me for recovery after training or working out. I’ve had to have the steamer replaced twice however, which was covered under warranty, but took over a month to actually receive. I do appreciate that they promptly warranty the steamers, when my warranty is up, I’ll be on the hook for these steamers. I would like for them to last longer then a couple months, and would prefer to not wait a month to receive said steamer if / when I have to replace it.
