Review Time
I purchased the nurecover chiller and ice bath about 2 weeks ago. The chiller came in and worked great for about 3-4 days and then it started making a TERRIBLE noise like it was going to explode and quit cooling. I reached out to nurecover on Monday and they quickly responded asking for me to send an email with a video of the sound. It is now Friday and I have heard NOTHING back from them despite calling every day and send several emails. I’m not trying to be difficult but when I spend $1000+ on something I expect it to work. I also understand that things do go wrong. I wasn’t even upset that it quit working, because I assumed Nurecover would quickly make it right. At this point I don’t even know what to do. They won’t return calls or emails and I’m now stuck with a $1000 paperweight. A company is only as good as how they respond to mistakes. For now, Nurecover gets a F in that category. I am happy to update this review if and when they ever respond.
We just opened up our nurecover sauna late this past September after moving in to our new home. I was really looking forward to enjoying something nice, but that was not the case.We have used it three times, until the machine short circuited and blew a fuse. Now it won’t work at all. We are very disappointed. It came very cheaply made. It’s disappointing that in order to get in and close it up, the zipper is on the opposite side…..made no sense.The red LED lighting is a very cheap strip of light that is NOT real red light therapy. A joke.This is a steam room….not a sauna. We wanted a sauna. I don’t want to breathe in extremely hot steam that I don’t even know the temperature of, and after it’s been boiling through very cheap plastic. This can’t be good for you. The directions that this came with were horribly written, practically giving zero direction. What does “Chinese Medicine” mean anyway? I would like a FULL refund as soon as possible and will be sending my order back immediately.Not to mention, the steam burned my wife’s lungs and I thought she would have to go to the hospital. This was likely due to the fact that the settings on the machine for temperature don’t work at all. We spent A LOT of money on this.
Absolute garbage. My husband and I bought the ice bath with the chiller as well as the sauna. And they have given us nothing but problems. We've invested over $1,500 and it's crap. Every time we ask for placement pump or whatever item we need they give us problems and not only that but their warranty isn't correct. When we need a replacement item it takes over 2 months to get it. It's not worth it do not go to them.
Have had so many issues that are yet to be resolved. Before I’d even took delivery, suddenly there was an offer wayyyy cheaper than I’d paid and when my item arrived some things were broken. Still waiting for the parts to be delivered and it’s been several weeks.
