Awful!!

I received my pod and sauna rather quickly. When I got the sauna it was working great. The steamer is now leaking after only a few uses. I then set the pod up. Instantly had a hole in the top. One of the legs were broken as well and it leaks all over. I contacted support at least 3 times , sent emails with all the information they needed and still being asked more questions instead of just replacing the broke items. I would not buy this again, be aware of the pod that comes with the sauna. It’s very cheap and the picture on the site is not what you get.

I ordered the most expensive sauna because I really wanted it and of course it came with the pod which I got very quickly and when I checked my emails the sauna and the pod were sent basically on the same day or one day apart. And here I am 2 weeks later and I still have not received the sauna. So I've only put three stars for now. Once I receive the sauna I'm sure I can make that five cuz I have sent a few emails back and forth with Marta and she has been very kind and helpful. So I've been asked to update this review, my only update would be this and I'm trying not to be negative because I'm not a negative person yet when I spend any kind of money in places like Amazon team U AliExpress any of those places. I received my products within 7 days and I live in a rural area of British Columbia and AliExpress. Most of their products come from China and in no time have I ever spent $1,000 in one shot with any of those companies and yet here I have invested a very large amount of money and I still have not received the product. Moving forward when somebody is willing to spend a thousand plus dollars with your company, you should make sure that that product gets to their place in a reasonable time. Now that I think about it, I am upset. Respectfully, Stephen

Best self-care purchase I have ever made!

I am really enjoying my personal steam sauna. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks. The set up was very easy and everything works as promised. I like to "preheat" my sauna at level 9 for 15 min or so, and then I reduce the intensity to a level 7 and I enjoy 15-20 of steamy relaxation and sweaty detox! It's large enough that I do not feel confined, but cozy enough to keep all that good steam right where it should be--around my body. I have used essential oils on a cotton pad in the diffuser (I go for eucalyptus and lavender) to create an even more spa-like relaxation for myself. It's easy to to care for and clean as well and I find myself using it 3 times a week at this point.

I looked it up on the shop app, and it went directly to purchase with absolutely no way of stopping the purchase. I was sent to ice baths had to pay for one was not happy with that experience at all. There was absolutely no way of returning it without a huge cost Even though I sent emailsImmediately. so I ended up keeping it. I do utilizer. The chair is useless for an adult. It does not get hot enough probably due to the rubber housing. The red LED lights are not LED by any chance. It is easy to set up and doesn’t take up much room.

Great Product and great customer service

The customer service was great. My first product had a small imperfection and they mailed me a new one immediately. The chiller works perfect to keep the water cold. I would definitely recommend this to others.
