Communication was impressive from the moment we put the order to the day of the delivery. They delivered to Puerto Rico and the address was bit confusing and they contacted us to clarify the directions for the delivery. The sauna and the ice bath arrive a couple days later and have to tell you that the product works a lot better than advertised, We just LOVE IT!
Will never buy from them again. Product is low quality, and the amount of issues I have had. AND they will not give a refund. Ever. They will replace if you can prove the item is faulty (asking for a video of you putting it all together every single step etc. Don't waste you money. Save some more $$ and get the top quality products that also come with good customer service
Really bad quality product and not worth the price at all. As someone who really likes ice baths and sauna, this was one of the biggest flops I have ever had. Ice baths price should be max 60€ for that quality - Sauna price should be max 50€ as it does not heat up at all. Apart from that they sent the wrong plug-in so I needed to buy an adapter. Return policy is a scam at all. If I could return I would do it even I only get 10% back
Truly the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. We spent $300 on a sauna that never worked and months communicating with the company to be sent 3 of the exact same steamers and the sauna still doesn’t work. It doesn’t even reach 100 degrees F. I feel scammed.
Ordered the sauna pod a few weeks ago. Arrived a few days later. There was a large rip in the cover so cannot be used. I’ve contacted their so called customer service who said they would send a replacement out yet it’s been over two weeks now. So I’ve paid a lot of money for something that’s just sitting in a box. Not good enough!!
The steam generator broke after 8 minutes of use on the first use. Here I sit 2 weeks from the time I made first contact about a replacement part and I still do not have a replacement or even a credible tracking number. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. I will strongly advise against any one else purchasing product
