Still no product 5 days after expected delivery, between nurecover help centre and Evri I am no further along with getting the sauna I ordered. Day after day of little to no communication other than we will get the item to you soon. After a rather expensive purchase you’d expect a little more help than it will arrive at some point ? Evri say they lost it then but nurcover say they found it and update the shipping for next day 3 days later and constantly getting delayed notifications with no help. I half expect the item to arrived damaged the amount of times it’s been loaded for delivery then lost then loaded again. Starting to lose faith it will arrive!
UPDATE - nurecover now saying they will only refund me if I send back the ice bath (delivered over a month ago) or have the cost of the ‘free’ ice bath deducted from my refund - shocking customer service Have waited over a month for my order to arrive. Evri reported its now been lost in their system. Contacted nurecover on numerous occasions regarding a refund over the last 2 weeks and have received slow and unhelpful responses. Raised a report with klarna in an attempt to get my money back, they contacted nurecover on 3rd September and have yet to receive a response. At this point I’m feeling as though I have been scammed! AVOID
Ordered the item over a month ago, still haven't received it. They're lying over messages saying it is on the way despite the courier telling me it is lot. Refusing to give me a refund. Raised the issue with the banks for a chargeback and sent legal letters to seller. Avoid at all costs.

I recently called to try to issue a refund and after several back and forth emails the latest email I received stated the following:Hello,The money back guarantee is for unopened and unused items.Once you open the product, you fall into our 1-year warranty where we replace any damaged or defective items to make sure you have a fully operational product.So here is my situation, I had ordered the Sauna + Pod on July 18th, received the sauna roughly on the 28th and the sauna package box was left on the edge of my stoop and got enough water on it from the rain that the box was a mush when I got home. That shipping box was opened up and all of the items inside were mostly dry which was great however after looking at the items this "Sauna" isn't what it appeared to be from the advertising and I decided that I wanted to return them. Everything is within the original sealed plastic and hasn't been used or even really inspected due to is still being in the original plastic packaging. Photos were supplied as well to the support email and the response email was the above mentioned statement. Additionally, I never received the pod. Which is also not eligible for a refund either apparently. After stating this in several emails back and forth I now have to try to dispute the payment with my credit card company and provided them the corresponding emails as documented evidence that the company is denying a refund. I would not recommend purchasing products from this business. The customer support emails that initially responded back to me also were from a gmail address... not a company address but a gmail address. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the email system but I was initially suprised by that. It has since changed to a nurecover email but even this does not make me feel good about my purchase. The sauna framing looks poorly made with cheaply sourced parts off the shelf that just don't meet the advertising that this company goes the length to market it as.
Though it took a very long time to get it, and this is like a year after I’ve got it that you’re asking about it. I responded to them asking about why my remote remote wouldn’t work and never got a response back. Otherwise I’ll be very much enjoying being able to have my sauna.
Bought a chiller from them, first shipment was a dented unit, didnt look at all like the ad. Second one came and lasted less than 6 months, internal parts went, filled my plunge with some viscose substance. Then had to fight them for a refund for their cheap peace of trash. Pay the extra money and go with a company like coldture
My wife and I bought the sauna and the Ice bath with the chiller. We love the Sauna, but our chiller pump system wasnt working. We tried to return it to get another one, but customer service said because the box was opened we couldnt return it... Definitiely a dissapointment for the price we paid
