My experience from the start was amazing. I love having a sauna in my bedroom that I can access quick and easy. Just fill with water and heat up. The steam works great got up to about 100° . Setup was easy and materials are quality. Would definitely recommend.
I bought this unit for health reasons and to assist me with weight loss. What I like about this unit is simple. 1. It was extremely easy to set up2. The sauna is easy and simple to use.3. No fancy gimicks.4. Benefits are a) makes sleeping better and longer duration. b) Side benefit is my complection has improved and cleaned up. c) It is so relaxing it seems to good to be true. d) The operation is easy. Fill it up, turn it on, set your time, get in and enjoy.
The steam unit blew a 20amp fuse, and made a loud pop at the unit along with a flash that I could see through the tent. Very dangerous! Also dangerous is that if the steam nozzle’s cap is left on inside the tent and the steam unit is turned on, the cap doesn’t blow off. Instead the steam creates a dangerous amount of pressure in the unit, and appeared to be very close to exploding. As a side note, the internal plastic tubes that make up the tent’s frame aren’t any type of standard sizing that can be found at a hardware store. One of mine broke, and I had to repair it which is a long story.The steam unit also continues to run even after the steam timer stops. It has to be unplugged to stop it, which is a pain if the nearest outlet isn’t easily accessible- mine was behind the tent. I thought it was a defective steamer but Nurecover’s customer service explained that it needed to be unplugged to turn it off.If I could return it I definitely would.
Purchased the Nurecover steam sauna 5/20/2024. In the last 3 months we've had 4 broken steamers. First one heavily leaked, next 3 all stopped working mid session and wouldn't turn back on. The last steamer we were told by customer service was definitely not going to fail since it was "fixed". It died on the 2nd use. For spending $340 for a steam sauna I'd expect a little more quality. Also the 660nm light strip is not 660nm it's a standard light strip you can buy off amazon, it also died within the first week. Since we are fed up with the broken steamers and lies from customer service, we requested a refund. Now we're told they'll refund us, but for the steamer only - not a full refund. Not sure how they're going to price that out? will we get a refund for what they pay at cost? Or what they deem it's worth? Makes no sense. This is a low quality product with high quality marketing. If Nurecover could refund us and do what's right I'd be pleased. Update : a week has passed since their reply below... has not reached out or helped yet
