Worst purchase we've made

My wife and I purchased both the sauna and ice bath with the cooler pump and could not have been more disappointed. The ice bath was very cheaply and poorly made. The pump was just some cheap pump from China. It took almost an extra month to get the sauna and we never even opened it. We're currently working in the return and that's a scam too. The 100 day money back guarantee doesn't tell you that there is a restocking fee and you have to pay for the return. Absolutely a scam and would never recommend their products.

The sauna is good

The sauna is very good, it gets hot quickly, it is not perfect the steam vent points at your feet and will burn. The red light is a total waste of time as it is powered by 3 aa batteries and is basically a red strip light. Build is very quick and easy 15mins first time and the sauna heats up quick

Awesome product, awesome customer service.

The product is awesome. If you’re worried you won’t be able to sweat like a traditional steam room, don’t be. 15-20 minutes in the steam room and your heart will be pounding and you’ll feel that euphoric release of stress. Cycle it with an ice bath immediately after for optimal physical recovery.In addition to the great product, they have professional customer service. My boiler unit quit working, and after reporting that to them, they had a new unit shipped out to me the same day, free of charge. All in all a worthwhile product for fitness enthusiasts and steam-room lovers. It’s become my meditation space. Thanks Nurecover.

Best Purchase in a while

One of my best purchases in a while. easy to set up works great, and I use it minimum 3 times a week. I received a free cold plunge with my purchase, at first I was unsure about it's use, but I use it multiple times a week as well. Shipping tracking was easy, did not take long.. and for the canadians out there, all duties, fees and taxes are included in the cost. We had to contact customer service for a faulty item, response was excellent and we were back up and running in very little time.

Faulty equipment

When our sauna arrived , the zipper immediately broke on the door. I emailed this company with the issue at 9:30 pm on a Sunday and had a response by Monday morning when I woke up. Sent pics of the issue, and within hours a new cover is on its way. Great service , great response, no issues so far !
