Do NOT purchase this product. It is horrible material and quality. I’ve been trying to return it and been given the run around by customer service.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Purchased the ice bath as I was very excited to get going. Upon setting up, I noticed it wouldn’t inflate or stay inflated. I instantly contacted customer service sending them a photo and realised that it a rip in. I had nothing back and had to email three times before getting a reply to which I shared evidence and a week later have heard nothing back. Really disappointed as there are a lot on the market and wish I’d had gone elsewhere.

Got my nurecover sauna and I love it

Got my nurecover sauna and I love it. It also came with a cold water dunk tub. It was missing the lid. I sent a message to nurecover help desk and they sent a new one asap no questions ask. A month later I did something wrong to the steamer and I’m pretty sure it was my faught and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Best service ever.

Wrong order twice

Still haven’t received item but they are sorting it out and giving a refund on order, I received two wrong items but I will be receiving my actual order soon

Connections leaked

I went with the standard chiller and tub. First, every connection leaked, so I got better ones, there is still minor leakage where it is plastic but it works. The tub is okay for what it is. Now the chiller, it works great, it drops the temperature well. I gave three stars because I know what I paid for it, which was probably covering the chiller cost, but the bad connections were just bad and pointless. I don’t recommend the standard chiller with the pump and normal tub. I hope the better ones offer a better product. Not saying don’t buy, just saying buy the better stuff.

**DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT** big scam, they’ll send you the “free” ice pod right away and then make you wait over a month for the chiller since they drop ship cheap stuff from China, also not responding to countless calls and emails, and then when the chiller finally arrives it does none of the things promised. The few times it actually turns on it doesn’t cool the water more than 65 F let alone cool the water it allows it to get warmer most of the time. Terrible product, please stay away.

They sent me a new streamer

They sent me a new streamer. It's better than nothing. I wish it was hotter, or I guess worked more. I feel the steamer works for a few minutes than stops. So it's not a steady amount of steam. I thought about getting 2 steamers to try and Amp it up.

Absolutely love my sauna and ice bath

Absolutely love my sauna and ice bath. However, the steamer did not work when it arrived, customer service were great and dispatched replacement that day although delivery took around 2 weeks. Was easy to build and gets nice and hot. My floor did not get wet after use unlike others I have seen. (I purchased the triple layer sauna with pro steamer). Cover for ice bath isn't great for out door weather, when it rains it gathers the rain on top of cover and ends up sinking into ice bath, a plastic lid would be much better, but the ice bath itself is great.

"Bad Experience with Pro Chiller and Customer Support"

I bought a Pro Chiller at the beginning of August (7). A few weeks later, the chiller started malfunctioning. It shows random temperatures without cooling the water properly. I contacted support, and they responded with this: "Once the ice bath or chiller has been opened and used, we cannot guarantee that it has not been altered or damaged in any way." The system is in my garage, and I have taken good care of it. Do not buy from this company.

Replaced broken unit

Red light was initially delivered broken. Customer service sent a working replacement after they were alerted.
