Overall experience of the TropicPro sauna after having it for a while and using it multiple times is that it does the job.The materials and components do have a bit of a cheap/flimsy made in china feel to them, which leaves the potential for it being easily broken and the seams do leak water so be careful where you put it if indoors as the is the potential for damage. It is beneficial though that it is very light and easily manoeuvrable so you can move it about as needed and deconstruct it quickly if necessary. I had emailed support to ask if the materials were tested to ensure they didn't leak any toxic chemicals when being heated to a high temperature but didn't get a response.The red light is a battery powered strip light and isn't overly bright so I'm not sure of the benefit of it.The sauna heats up to a good temperature quickly and you can get a good sweat and session out of it so it does the job if you can't make it to a gym that has a normal full sized sauna.
Have been using my Tropic Pro steam sauna almost every day for the last three weeks and it has been a stellar experience every time. The product works much better than I could have hoped for and having. 15-20 min steam has become a staple of my daily / nightly routine.
I'm experience a serious support issue with Nurecover and they are being unresponsive. I created an initial support case in September 2024 when my steamer stopped working, rendering my Sauna inoperable. I received an immediate (bot) response and provided the requested video. I followed up with 2 emails and 2 phone calls with no response. I now see that case is closed. I've just opened a second support ticket and have only received a bot response. I am very near the end of my warranty period and need either a replacement steamer unit, or a refund.
Im an old man trying to age gracefully. At age 68 I started running though I had been a hiker for some time. I love being active and healthy. Along with natural remedies, I find that nurecover sauna helps with aches, pains, and detoxifying. It takes getting used to because the heat is more intense in a confined space.I would recommend the steam cabinet for general good health but especially for chronic aches. The Nurecover steam cabinet is affordable and easy to assemble and can be placed almost anywhere. Mine is in the garage.Best of luck and to your good health.
I’ve been using it about a year now. The chiller and Tub are fantastic. I did add my own filters right onto the chiller. But I love the nozzle and connections even though they are plastic, they never leave and very easy to install.
