Review Time
Received the steam sauna on time, first use..before I could even jump in. The steam unit gives out cold turkey and will not turn back on. I sent them a video and they sent the second unit out. 5 days late. About to give it another try and same thing happens! Unit goes out before I could even use it. I've left messages and emails with no reply back. I am beyond frustrated with this and want my money back!! Terribly reliable steamers, I am truly disappointed
After much debate and research, I decided to purchase a Nurecover steam sauna. I have been enjoying the benefits and convenience of my own personal steam room. I worry about purchasing items online but with Nurecover, the responses to my inquires/issues and the customer service has been nothing short of EXCELLENT . This company stands behind their products.
Really surprise by the ice bath , did not seem to be impressive while unpacking it but it really does the job , I just use the tap water from outside and gosh it is cold , i am not ready to use ice in the nurecover it is to cold for me at the moment , but it is my best friend after a mountain bike ride . only con is the pillow they provide totally useless and impossible to inflate propaly , but i did not buy the product for the pillow
