Love the chiller! It's a game-changer. It's so much easier than having to add ice every time. I've upgraded from the regular pod to the pro pod. In my opinion, the pro pod is worth it if you will be doing this 4 times per week. Customer service is good; I had a few pods with issues and was sent a new replacement. I hope the quality improves going forward so others experience the same frustration (10-14 delivery delays).
Absolutely brutal customer service. I ordered the ice bath and chiller at the end of June with an expected delivery in 1-2 weeks…still haven’t received it 7 weeks later. I have been in contact with customer service for over 5 weeks now, each week they state that it is coming that week and should arrive, been given excuses of being stuck at customs or that there was an error and they will ship another. I have emailed and called, despite minor contact there has been zero zero resolve or realistic timelines on when to expect. When spending this kind of money, would expect a great product actually arriving and customer service that communicates promptly vs customers chasing down for updates.
Misleading on many fronts. The ad states it would arrive within a certain time. Instead this product shipped from China and took weeks to arrive. The zipper on the sauna has already fallen off and will not go back on. Spend the extra money and go with a different brand.
First of all the wrong connection came with the chiller pump, to be fair I called them and they’re sending the correct one, not received it yet though so I said to my son to just use the pod until it arrives. So we filled it up today and there’s a hole in it! Just feels like I’ve wasted a great deal of money on something cheap and nasty.
