My sauna steam unit started shutting off unexpectedly and wouldn’t reset. I emailed nuercover and had an immediate response. Took a video of the steamers ailments and within a day they were in the process of sending another unit out to me.Absolutely refreshing to have this quality of service in this day an age of lethargy.Very impressed.
Update;My tropic pro has now arrived. 28/4/24I placed an order for a Tropic Pro on 6th July and it has still not arrived. I have called and emailed on multiple occasions and had no response by the warehouse manager or the senior manager, who in theory should have received emails from the support team. 2 months since ordering this now feels like my money has been stolen. On the off chance this receives a reply i am happy to provide order number. I will now be going across all social media channels to post my review and experience.
Awful company with terrible service - plz do not order their items/products because once the streamer stops working, usually within less than 3-6 months, they’ll give you the run around and you’re left with nothing but and unusable $400 sauna tent.
did have an issue personally with the chiller. but the company did refund me fully and i have to give them respect for that, its your choice wether you want to buy from them, and maybe they do have a good product, you should try it out. but in my case i recieved a defected product and they did what was right.
Overall the quality of the pod and the chiller is top notch. Initially a few snags but the customer service was quick in their response and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend Nurecover and their Coldpod & Chiller pack great price for great products.
