13/09 - again no update and i requested a refund many times and they dont respond. Take note if in UK as their customer service is appalling. I have raised with Trading Standards and i am not the 1st person they have heard from. 10/09 - Update - still no resolution, any comments on socials are deleted. Please don't order if you are in the UK as delivery times are 3 weeks (advertised as 5 days), tracking not accurate and plug compatible with UK :(28/08 - Update - no one replies to emails or their standard response here on all negative reviews. Decided to set up with a UK adapter plug so we could finally use and chiller unit doesn't chill. Waste of £700 please don't make the mistake and order, read these negative reviews which are a true reflection not the fake positive ones. Anything negative on social media they delete so this just shows how they operate. If this review is still here then no resolutionOrdered over 2 weeks ago with a 3-5 day delivery time. Finally arrived today after lots of chasing and im not impressed with service so far. Finally arrived today with a non UK plug so we can't use! Also ordered chiller for use in garden and manual mentions can't be covered, in sun or in damp conditions which implies unsuitable for outdoor use! Waste of quite a lot of money!!
The convenience of a smaller portable sauna is unmatched. My family uses daily, it's easy to clean, and I am impressed with the benefits! I sleep so much better and no one in my household is getting sick. Their customer service is amazing! Highly recommend!!
We purchased a Nurecover ice bath. Upon receiving it we set it up. Unfortunately, it would not hold water. We cannot determine the source of the leak. The company says because we filled it with water (which is the only way you would discover it wouldn’t hold water) we cannot return the product nor are they responsible.
Recently purchased a pro pod and pro chiller combo. The shipping was very sporadic, I received 3 separate shipments with the chiller taking several weeks to arrive. Tracking was provided and it was free so can’t complain but it was confusing. The pro pod is not a high end tub. Being free with chiller purchase I’d say it was about what I expected. I’m 6’2 (98cm) tall and I fit okay but can’t get submersed past my shoulders. The lid is a bit misleading as the second piece is only a nylon cover not a hard lid. I would not want this tub outdoors as it would not stand up. It’s sturdy when filled. The pro chiller is good quality and holds temperature well. I believe you could save some money by ordering a good quality 1/2 hp aquarium chiller off Amazon. Even at 20% off it was over $1000 cdn dollars. The pump that comes with the set up is not enough power to get good circulation. I ordered a larger one immediately. It does not have a built in ozone purifier either so that is another cost to consider. The connections are all plastic but adequate. The external filter setup is good. The hoses and connections are 1/2 inch so you may want go upgrade to 3/4 inch to improve circulation. The biggest issue was figuring out settings and proper set up as the instructions are horrible and online resources very limited. Overall. I’d give this experience a 3.5. Communication during shipping was adequate but shipping being sporadic and on separate timelines was confusing. I did call in once and received a live person quickly who was helpful. Being at a lower price point you get what you pay for in terms of tub quality, less expensive plastic connections and a cheap quality pump. As long as you set your expectations accordingly this is a good choice but doesn’t rival higher end offerings from Coldture, Kryo, Warrior ect.
It works as expected. The pump showed up missing parts and is of low quality. The fittings that connect the hose to the chiller, filter, and pod are not good quality. I ended up buying better fittings from Amazon to resolve leaks from the ones provided, which only cost about $10. So far the chiller is working as expected and the plunges are nice at 50° F. For the cost that they charged I would say it is a good purchase so far.
