Amazing Cold Plunge Experience!The Nu Recover Cold Plunge has been a fantastic addition to my routine. It’s well-built, easy to use, and maintains the perfect cold temperature. I’ve noticed quicker recovery and a boost in energy. The sleek design fits perfectly in my space or wherever i'd like to set it up. Highly recommend for anyone serious about recovery!
Defective chiller. They won’t refund, replace or refund. A Chinese knockoff, this is a huge scam. Giving credit where it is due, the product and instructions have along way to but customer service is good.
Love both the sauna and the ice plunge.. the sauna gets very hot, it was a struggle getting the insulated cover on, but that’s what you want so the steam can’t get out, and man did I sweat.. cold plunge is perfect for my size, and it’s turned me on to the benefits of ice plunging.. quality and branding on both items are also top notch, that and their customer service have earned a big fan over here. #NU258369
Great products, Sanua and Ice bath were both easy to assemble and use. Setup was done in a few short minutes and quality has been better than anticipated. I would definitely recommend and will be a return Customer when the time comes. Thank you fast and stress free experience.

He didn't write to me and the customer service ghosted me since 4 days, no answer anymore and no replacement.Be aware.2024-08-12Scam and cheap product. I wanted the ice bath, but saw the promotion for free ice bath with purchase of the sauna. I did take the package with a coupon that I found online. The package was $549. I received the sauna in a completely damaged box, without the ice bath. The heater does not even close and one zipper is broken, which make it completely unusable. The customer service confirm that the ice bath was not included, because I use a coupon.I try to get a refund, the return is at your charge. I don’t have any box, since it was destroy in the transport and cost you arm and leg to return it.To conclude, I ask for a replacement, but since, no answer, I have been gosthed.I have a none working sauna and no ice bath….so disappointed.
