Instagram advertisements state 15% off and free Ice Bath when purchasing a steam sauna, I purchased the Steam Sauna and used the discount code, the sauna arrived within around a week of purchase.When unboxing the sauna I noticed it was missing the chair it was meant to come with, it was also missing the ice bath.I have contacted support who have advised they will send out the chair but will not send out the Ice Bath as using the discount code removes the Ice Bath from the order. Sauna is functional but with the delivery issues, the false advertisement and the poor support I cannot recommend this company.
OMG What a great ice pod and sauna set. I'm so glad I made this purchase. Great quality, nice detail, great customer service. I had a small issue without any complaints it was taken care of so dang fast. I appreciate your service and great products. I definitely recommend purchasing the set.
Using this product has significantly improved my mobility in my knees and back. I have noticed a chance in not only physical health but mental as well. There are many ice bath companies out there that I looked at and this one was a good choice based on their responsiveness.
CHECK their BBB rating which is an “F” before purchasing. This company is a scam. If you purchase their steam sauna, you’ll be paying almost $400.00 for a tent because the steam sauna device will stop working with minimal usage once its 100 day warranty expires. Don’t allow them to “gaslight” you by asking for photos and recordings regarding the device malfunctioning.They’re business model is simple: 1) exasperate the process 2) send a used, filthy, unhygienic replacement steam sauna 3) send a second nonworking replacement and, 4) take no responsibility then refuse to refund your money. What a cleaver racket and they’re making money hand over fist. This company doesn’t care if you submit a claim to the BBB because again, they’re loop hole is to ensure the sauna device holds up just beyond the 100 day warranty. “Save Your Money”!!!
Drop shipped low quality product. I ordered this after seeing a lot of advertisements. After I received it, I started getting advertisements for identical items with different logos from a variety of other companies including on Ali Express. The item leaked for at the first use, the directions were poor (including the online directions)
You guys literally stole money from me and never gave me my product that I paid for. I have a Support ticket open where the representative said that they were going to ship me out a new item since the one that was purchased, never got to my house and this was even confirmed by FedEx that it wasn’t delivered to my address. A week later another representative told me that I pretty much just had to deal with it and so I paid over $1000 for items from your website and have nothing to show for it but an email thread.
