It is a great product. Works great. Easy set up. Only issues we had was the steamer would stop working. But great customer service as I contacted them and they sent me a replacement right away.

Super small

Super small, and the chair is super uncomfortable and cheap. It does not heat up that hot and the red light therapy is not really greatly executed. We also were missing a piece for the steamer. Not worth the money at all.

Great house addition

Works great and very happy I bought this. My local gym is always tough to find space in the steam room or it’s annoyingly closed off for no reason. So to be able to either workout at the gym or home and then be able to get a nice detoxing sweat after is dope! Also the ice plunge came free with it which is cool. Highly recommended!

For the price everything is great so far

For the price the equipment so far seems pretty good. Everything works great. Shipping was fast. Packaging was great. Wasn't too bad to build sauna as well.

NOT HAPPY- the chiller never worked and…

NOT HAPPY- the chiller never worked and was not replaced. I did everything I was supposed to, hooked it up correctly, send videos and pictures to prove it and nothing ever came of it. It never worked. I would love a replacement but doubt I'll ever see that.Update: They are sending a replacement! I'll let you know how it works when it arrives. Thank you!

A piece was missing from the package…

A piece was missing from the package and they replaced it quickly and sent it out. There was no hassle and I’m extremely impressed with the tub and the company. While we are waiting for the adaptor cord, we’re using it as a family after a sauna with just ice water and it’s getting tons of use.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, takes them Forever to respond then they give you a few word answers. I received both the ice pod and sauna spent the money to go all in, also bought the ice pod cooler it’s been two weeks and that has not arrived. The sauna sipper broke after the third use, the steamer for the sauna works when it’s sitting only in a correctly placed angle. I wouldn’t have wrote a review about all of this, if the customer service was good, I understand product issues but bad customer service after spending 1000 on this company is not cool! I’d recommend saunabox instead. I’ve been asking for return labels and no reply

Better then expected

So my husband has been doing a lot of research on the health benefits of saunas and ice baths so he thought let’s try these out! These products have become a part of family time after we are all done in the gym! We love them :) when we first set up the ice bath it had some seepage in the seam on the bottom and customer service was fast to answer our concerns and then we decided that it wasn’t enough to even worry about! I highly recommend these products if you’re looking to up your workout/health game for an affordable price! Worth every penny!!
