Review Time
Figuring out how to install the chiller was problematic because there were parts that did not come with instructions. We found a video on a chiller that helped and figured it out. The product is working great but the instructions were not helpful at all.
I ordered the Pro pod ice bath with chiller on June 28th and have yet to receive the chiller (after it said 5-7 days delivery). The pod itself was delivered (looks like good condition) but I await the chiller. I have contacted this company via phone and email on 3-4 separate occasions and still await an answer as to where my chiller is after spending 1200$. I just want to know when it’s coming. If I would have known it would have been this long, I wouldnt have bought it.
I bought the sauna and received a free cold plunge with my purchase. I love them both and the only thing I would change is a moisture barrier in the floor of the sauna so that I could keep it in my guest room instead of my garage.
Purchased the portable ice bath and I am extremely pleased! It was very easy to set up in under 5 minutes. The ice trays are very helpful and don’t take up much room in the freezer. We are using it almost everyday and are very satisfied with its convenience!
