All the 1-Star reviews are correct. This is a Chinese person faking an established Sauna/Cold Plunge company. They do have a great Instagram and advertising but it is all FAKE. The product you get is of the cheapest possible quality and it is not what is pictured or advertised. The positive reviews are not true and the customer service is a Bot. They don't honor the so called Warranty nor the Return policy. It is all a scam. I got two broken Saunas (one was replaced with the same broken, cheap crap) and a dead on arrival cold plunge/chiller. It is a joke. The parts don't have any similarity to the product they are selling. Stay away - you will regret it and be so upset. It is just not worth it. I've filed complaints with BBB, and CC company. They know.
I received the steam sauna and on opening this product, setting it up and powering up the boiler, I could see defects in the stitching and poles. I have started an email dialog with Nurecover and they are trying anything to get out of rectifying the situation. Please see below and I would honestly stay away from this company. I've had this product for over a year, have had to move once and have taken it with me on several long trips. Super easy set up and tear down, and still hold up just a good today as the day I bought it. Looking at purchasing a sauna next.
I purchased the Nurecover PodPro along with the absorbent mat to step out onto. I wish I had’ve purchased it sooner. I’m an avid road cyclist and have found that recovery after a hard ride can take days but this has improved my recovery immensely! Not only does it help with muscle recovery but it’s helped me sleep better and has just given me a better all around feeling. LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This company is a complete scam. I’m now on a mission to have them shut down. I have been in contact with the Florida attorney general and need others to jump on board who had issues with this company so we can get them shut down. I’m also building a website to notify any future potential customers from staying away.
I ordered the Tropic pro sauna and they sent me the standard one. When I called they told me it couldn’t be returned because it had been delivered. Also got advised that I wouldn’t be entitled to the free ice bath because I used a discount code. They offered to send the red lights separately that was also missing but I this would still leave me with the wrong steamer and smaller tent. I threatened to call trading standards and they changed their minds, now saying it can be returned by responding to a email they will send. I never received a email. Currently being escalated to management. UPDATE: I’ve been contacted and advised of an issue their end. They have currently offered a 20% refund and to send me the Pro version in two weeks when back in stock. If this all happens then I will be changing this review to a good score.
