I purchased the tropic sauna which included the ice pod at checkout I entered a discount code was then sent email to say they would be delivered separately. Received sauna a week later when I've enquired were ice pod was they said I'm not eligible as I used discount code..there is no mention of this in the advertisement if so I wouldn't have purchased as there our plenty of other companies out there with similar deals .I've now requested a return / refund which they have now gone quiet on .false advertising avoid at all costs
Took 3 weeks to deliver to London from a company based in Kensington. Charged for loss and damage with insurance on a set of poles that I didn't want but was charged anyway. Poor customer service compared to all other top brands in my experience taking more than a day sometimes two at least to get back.. they didn't even have an answer on how long it takes to be delivered. Avoid at all costs.

From the moment I placed the order, it took months for the item to arrive. When it finally did, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The product was drop shipped from China and was far below any acceptable standard.The steam pot was one of the major issues. It barely got hot enough to produce any steam, and when it did manage to work for a week, the lid exploded. Since then, the steam pot has been completely unusable. I had also paid extra for the light therapy model, hoping for some added benefits. This feature turned out to be an utter joke. Instead of a proper light therapy setup, it was simply a cheap red LED strip that you can easily buy on Amazon for £4. To make matters worse, it was battery-powered and there was no way to attach it to the sauna. I had to buy cable straps separately and awkwardly try to attach it to the poles of the sauna.The customer service experience was equally frustrating. Despite countless attempts to get assistance or a resolution, I received no satisfaction. I was forced to write a negative review online to share my honest experience. In response, Nurecover contacted me and essentially blackmailed me into removing my post in exchange for a refund. I removed the review as requested, but now, over a week later, I still have not received the promised refund.Overall, my experience with Nurecover sauna has been extremely disappointing. The product quality is abysmal, the additional features are a scam, and the customer service is unhelpful and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise anyone considering this product to look elsewhere.
My steamer lid had cracked. So I reached out to customer service. He asked me to send a video with the damage. And within three days there is a new steamer lid. En route to me. Absolutely thrilled with the product and would highly recommend the steam sauna.
!!BEWARE• PLEASE READ REGARDING CHILLER •BEWARE!!•••UPDATE— Nurecover IS NOT resolving anything like they stated in their comment. Don’t really know where to begin so I’ll just start with once I first purchase… well I’m sure as alot of you know they drop ship from China, Altho their shipping estimate states 3-5 days, which is actually excellent for people who want something immediately… this was not the case, the tub itself came in approx 10 days and the chiller came over 3 weeks since purchasing.I emailed them several times regarding this, they mentioned that they have no control over delays, completely disregarding the fact that they are WELL AWARE that if you ship something from China, to LA… to CANADA that it sure as hell is going to take more then 3-5 days… so that was the first little bit of misleading information. NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF… PLEASE READ IF YOURE INTERESTED IN THEIR CHILLER!!!What they send you is a straight up FISH TANK chiller with DYI parts to put together, it is NOTHING LIKE THE CHILLER ADVERTISED… here’s a couple bullet points regarding.-The chiller itself is a fish tank chiller you can get on eBay for $250, even the manual is a very poorly translated fish tank manual with the nurecover picture on the front, it even states at one instruction “let water run in fish tank…”-In the picture they advertise it has a base for the filter attached to the chiller… there is NO BASE INCLUDED, when I contacted them about it they started that “it doesn’t come with the base, the picture advertised it to show where to place the filter”… and this leads me to my next point…-ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME FILTER SO YOU ACTUALLY CANT PLACE IT THERE… the base is to keep the filter in place, and since it’s not the same filter it does not securely stay upright on its own! It’s a much smaller… much cheaper looking filter.-The TUBES ARE NOT INSULATED like the pictures advertised, they are cheap, easily kinked, rubber tubing that was very poorly clamped with metal rings to the attachments that fit the filter/soaker… I asked them about this without a response. All in all if you were to buy the materials yourself you’d be looking at approx $300-350….They are legit selling DIY CHILLER setups with cheap materials, MUCH DIFFERENT THEN PICTURES ADVERTISED, for an incredible markup, DROP SHIPPED FROM CHINA. Hopefully those who are interested in the chiller takes the time to read this. Thank you!
It’s the new routine!15 minutes in the sauna followed by three minutes in the ice bath. With our home gem, my wife and I as well as two older daughters are now using it. Makes a massive difference and feel absolutely great afterwards. It’s pretty easy to assemble and manage and considering the purpose of both the sauna and the ice bath, it’s a good value. Slightly comical instructions for the kettle that steams the water for the sauna but it’s a pretty straightforward functioning unit. Highly recommended
