Perfect relaxation combo.

I had purchased a Sauna and was already enjoying that along with the benefits of feeling a lot less stressed, but couldn’t ignore the desire to have the hot > cold > hot experience I read about. The Nurepod after a Sauna is absolutely amazing and really becomes the icing on the cake. Now we have a routine, I jump in the Sauna and wait for my heart rate to build to 120 - 130bpm before jumping over to the cold plunge. Over 3 mins, the heart rate reduces to 60 - 70bpm so I jump back into the Sauna. I used to have regular, almost contact back pain and also in my calve muscles. Thrilled to say that’s all gone now and I hardly ever experience aches and pains. I typically sauna + dip 2 - 3 times a week now. Either in the evening or midday. Very pleased to have taken the plunge. Am much less stressed these days and Blood Pressure has also reduced to support that claim.

Buyers BEWARE!! Cheap Water Chiller !

My unit leaked the first time I hooked it up. I reached out to the company and they said since I opened the box they cannot do anything for me. How would I know it had a leak until I plugged it in and used it? This company is horrible and I don recommend any of their water chiller products !

Order #237506, don't forget to share your thoughts! So first water heater didnt work, second one as they kindly replaced it worked 2 times then had an error code.The original sauna pod leaks there is a hole in the stitching, and it faded to a silver color while being in the garage. Im hoping maybe i can get a discount on a ceramic heater as the water ones seem to be faulty A replacement pod would be lovely too as its hardly been used.

I ordered the nurecover tropic pro and ice pod which wasnt included

I ordered the nurecover tropic pro with the free ice bath. I used a discount code. When my product arrived at my home, i open the box only to find that the ice bath was not included. I emailed customer support and they told me that since I used a discount code that the ice bath is was not included. No where is this information on the website. I just went to the website, put in the exact same information like i was going to purchase another sauna and get the free ice pod and the ice pod was in fact included in the order with the price discounted. I would like some resolution on this please.

Ordered the tropicpro which it clearly states comes with free pod alongside an additional outdoor mat. I ordered after receiving a 15% discount code I was sent by Nurecover and was told the sauna and pod arrive separately. After receiving the sauna I emailed to ask where the red lights and additional mat I ordered were and if these would be delivered with the pod only to be told I would not be receiving the pod as I had used the discount code they had emailed me. My order was very clearly for the sauna with pod and at no point was it pointed out during the order process this would in fact be changed (after the order was made) if I used the discount code. My confirmation email of the order clearly shows the tropicsauna with free pod. There are cheaper options out there, I chose Nurecover in the hope it would have slightly better customers service but having not received a response for 2 days clearly that too was a mistake. The sauna itself also looks like the standard size not the pro size (15% bigger) and given it came without lights I assume this has been sent incorrectly too. Been something of a nightmare already and no doubt just at the beginning of this saga. I would strongly advise you avoid, clearly not a UK based company either.Just to update, despite offers of resolving below this has failed to happen. I have clearly been sent the standard sauna despite paying for the pro. I’m trying to return the item I am being messed around, they initially bid on the item then rejected the return as no photos included (despite saying these were optional!) Trading standards now involved, an absolute farce.

I opened the package

I opened the package - the round tub had a hole in the side. I connected up the unit and it started leaking at the plastic joints. I wrote to the company - their policy is if you filled it with water, it is non refundable - even though I never used it because it leaks. Very poor customer service policies and penalizing the consumer. I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking of buying from this company.

Bought the podpro I fit well inside it. Ended up getting a hole in it and got a replacement from within a couple of weeks. Overall good quality.

Absolutely horrendous company.

Absolutely horrendous.To start with the instruction booklet is virtually illegible. When I reached out to customer service they sent me two videos to watch which had no sound and they instructed me to put the hoses on incorrectly causing the pump to suck from the side that it was supposed to be pumping into, luckily I was able to figure that out on my own. This company sent me a defective pump that does not do more than a few drops of water at a time and so the cooler does not bring the water below 60 in lower 70s temperatures. When contacted about the defective product I was promptly told they don't give refunds on things that have been opened.How is one supposed to know an item is broken or unsatisfactory until they open and inspect or use the item? Outrageous. My credit card company is working on a charge back now. I hope it costs them tons of fees!

The worst customer experience I've had in a long time

I spent a good 45 minutes putting it all together and had to supplement the instructions with some Youtube video help. After 5 minutes of use the steam heater quit and will not turn back on. What a waste of time and money.Update: Now Nurecover is asking for me to send them a video of the unit not working in order to process a refund. This is how you make a bad situation worse.Update: Nurecover really wants this review removed. So they offered to reimburse me for the new steam heater I had to purchase and in exchange I agreed to remove the review. But nearly 1 week later they have still not provided even that small refund. They just don't care. I wish I could rate this experience 0 of 5.
