I received my sauna and complimentary ice bath and they work great! I've had no issues with the sauna at all. I did have an issue with the ice bath where I experienced a leak due to a damaged in shipping valve which NureCover did a rush shipping free of charge of the item. Really a great product and great customer service! Bought products in June 2024
*UPDATED FROM PREVIOUSLY DELETED REVIEW*Original Review from June 26, 2024;AWFUL COMPANY!!!Part of my order STILL has not arrived in over a month; however, no one wants to assist.I have therefore purchased another elsewhere, but they are saying they will refund and then change their minds while wasting more of my time!I have now had to raise a case separately, as getting no where with Nurecover.Avoid at all costs!!!Hope no one else gets messed around like myself!!!*UPDATE*I have finally been communicating with an individual from Nurecover.This person has lied and try and manipulate my reviews numerous times now (but he doesn't like it when you put his name here).Copied email from Nurecover's "Customer Support" on the 22nd July'24;"Hi,I hope this email finds you well. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by your recent experience with our product/service and for the feedback left on Trustpilot. Your both packages are already marked delivered.To resolve this matter, we're offering a full refund of £403.95 on the condition that you remove your Trustpilot feedback. We're committed to your satisfaction and believe this demonstrates our dedication to customer service.Please confirm if you'd like to proceed with this offer, and we'll initiate the refund process promptly upon confirmation of feedback removal.Thank you for your understanding and continued support.Best regards,"Therefore, I removed the review to expect this matter FINALLY resolved.I honestly must have been forgetting how much Nurecover lied to myself previously, and surprisingly NOTHING!!!I have now sent copies of his correspondence with myself regarding the FULL refund, and they will be collecting this back.As the old saying goes, "Mess with the bull, and you'll get the horns!"DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE LIARS SAY!!!!**UPDATE No.2**Nurecover's "customer service" has once AGAIN lied directly below, as I have spoken to Karla the day before this response where they have confirmed NOTHING has been actioned by Nurecover!
I ordered the red light option with the Sauna and it was omitted.Support asked me to provide photos of the order, I guess to prove I was not lying. I provided the photos and support completely ghosted me. The number on the website is an automated message and no one is available even during posted hours. No responses to multiple emails.Terrible experience.UPDATE: I received a request for an order number. I provided it. 2 days of silence. NOTHING.UPDATE:10 days in. Arnel T. from support emailed me a bogus tracking number and said my deliver would be "delivered in any moment now". The tracking number is not valid anywhere I try it. I asked what service it was for and no response.THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM THIS REVIEW WAS OBVIOUSLY AUTOMATED TO GIVE THE IMPRESSION THEY WERE DOING SOMETHING BUT IT IS A SCAM. NOTHING BUT LIES.UPDATE:20 days in and still lies and a useless tracking number. no direct answers, just vague promises. DO NOT use this company!
28/7 email received from seller stating refund has been processed and to allow 3-5 business days to be seen.I won’t hold my breath until the full amount has clearly been credited! 24/7 sent seller a letter via email from a UK Trading Standards template owing to goods supplied not being fit for purpose and again asking for action by means of full refund. This letter asked for a response within 14 days.22/7 update - still NO response whatsoever.18/7 update - still no response despite providing details as requested.Considering the speed of the auto-reply to this review from nurecover, the response to my complaint is nowhere near the expected same.Ring any bells?16/7 update- having read the generic response from Nurecover I have fulfilled the request for more details using the form provided by trustpilot. Let’s see how long it takes Nurecover to contact me. Abhorrent customer service and not interested in the truth, instead claiming the issue with my ice bath are 'normal' and caused by 'prolonged exposure to direct sunlight', which are false as my bath experienced colour bleed from the black cover into the white inflatable band of the top within 24h of first setup, and it lives next to my house outside which faces north and is never in sunlight, let alone direct sunlight. Persistent emailing on my part has now been met with silence and I've needed to consult trading standards. All i've asked from Nurecover is that they1. acknowledge my issue is genuine (as i supplied a video and photos of exactly what happened, as requested)2. Fulfil the promise of the product as advertised '1 year full guarantee' and simply offer a full refund or a replacement, irrespective of now having missed the '90 day return window' which in my view is unrelated to a genuine warranty issueNurecover have left us with a product we don't want to use and enjoy, have belittled our enquiry and completely undermined our trust as consumers. We are out of pocket, have spent hours of our time trying to pursue a simple claim for a product we bought safe in the knowledge it would be covered (as advertised) if there were any issues.Not impressed. Will not be recommending anyone buys anything from this business if they cannot fulfil the No.1 obligation: DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered the packaged deal that had the steam sauna and the ice bath and mat.Steam sauna - Lightweight and easy to build, recommend the thicker version to contain more heat. The only issue is that it would have been great to be provided with a carrier duffel bag, since it is so lightweight it is portable and easy to take with you.Ice bath - Easy to set up, no insulation so will quickly warm up on a hot day if not kept under control. The lid covers doubles up as a travel bag. Holds 400L it's a good size for one person I am 5'10" and if I sit in it with my legs tucked my head is still a ove the water.Mat - the mat holds a surprising amount liquid before it is saturated, so a great add on.
