The body of the sauna is great. The actual steam unit is Chinese GARBAGE. It’s not really part of the advertising and you feel very deceived when you get it opened up. Truly horrible quality confusing poorly manufactured Chinese trash.
I purchased this product several months ago . Since purchase I have had nothing but problems with the customer service steams and the actual product itself . I apologies in advance for the long review but feel people should be aware of the type of company there dealing with .There product was not up to spec and I would not recommend purchasing it . Firstly after purchasing the product I was naive and didn’t read the reviews in full which I should have . Before the item was shipped I reached out to the customer service requesting a cancellation of my order which they advised could not be done and that once I received my order I could return free of charge.When it arrived several weeks later I contacted the support team and asked to return goods . I was requested to send pictures which I did . As I had opened the packages ( and not used) I was advised the goods could be returned even though the website states different .I spent several weeks back and forth with there support teams to no avail . Having got no where I raised a complaint with the advertising standards agency who agreed there website was false advertising and requested they make a change to there website.I was then contacted by there support team offering me a full refund if I removed my review I disagreed and advised I spent a considerable amount of time interacting with there company and would want to be compensated for the amount of time I spent complaining for what is a poor service .They reached out again in which I made a proposal on what I would want too be compensated with and they agreed to this . I received partially the amount and having not received the remaining amount reached out to there customer service to be advised they had made an error and read it wrong . They said they are unable to refund more than the value I purchased.Overall they are an under handed company with poor customer service and don’t care about there customers except how there influencers can sell there next product .Id recommend to keep your hard earned cash.
This product is truly incomparable to others of the sort. I have had nothing but great things to say about this sauna. It has aided in my recovery for my fitness goals. Working out hard is a passion of mine so my recovery has to be spot on. Can’t wait to continue reaping the benefits.
