This was actually an impulse order for me but man I’m so glad I did! We love it! It works way better than I anticipated. Sometimes these home versions of real life gym things don’t quite live up. This steam sauna does! After reading the medical benefits of it makes it even better. Secondarily, today I’m battling a sinus infection and used to sit over a little Vicks steam vapor machine, but today sat in my Nurecover instead and loved it even more. I haven’t taken advantage of the free ice bath yet, but I will when I build my courage. Lol. If you’re thinking about this Nurecover sauna, do it! It’s fantastic!~HF
Update: Their team contacted me to make things right and while I declined their offer for a replacement since I purchased another steamer, they did make a separate good faith offer and were apologetic. We love the sauna and I do appreciate their effort to make things right. The steamer broke in a couple of months. Completely rusted and faulted out the wires. Very cheaply made. When I called and emailed the company, they stated they couldn’t find my order and were no help. Completely unacceptable but no one would help me.
My original steamer stopped working after 6 weeks. they sent me twice, an inferior used steamer, smaller than the original. They only went up to 100 degrees where the original went up to 125 degrees. Then they sent me a Pro Steamer that was used and damaged and blew our circuit breakers. So after not being able to use my sauna for over 3 months of this BS, I gave up. They would not let me return it (in the 100% satisfied period) because they said it was used. DUH, of course it's used. It's their product that failed. Just be aware.
