Plastic lid only lasts a short time. Got a replacement after the first one failed, gave up after the second one failed even quicker.

I have had to have my steam generator…

I have had to have my steam generator replaced and the red light has gone dim. Other than those small issues I love it

Nure

The steamer breaks often. There is either a leak or, a faulty moisture retention system, or this sauna should not go on carpet. The temperature it gets to is nice, the lights do not stay up well. I don't like using tap water to steam it up.

It's cheap

It's cheap, there are lack of instructions, the chair broke and the steam thing has broken twice. My husband fell when the chair broke and burned his hand.

A lot left to desire

Cold plunge was shipped without a cover and had to buy it after the fact. Infrared track inside the sauna worked for about a week then stopped, when I tried to get a new one I was just challenged by the company to the point that it wasn’t worth fighting with them anymore.

Very Happy!

Really happy with these so far. The order came pretty quick and they're great for what we use them for. We use them for our in person couples retreats and there quick setup and easy pack away makes them perfect for this.

I bought an ice bath from this company…

I bought an ice bath from this company and had nothing but problems with items missing then sending new lid etc etc still didn't arrive . Their adverts are misleading. Anyway .....I put a negative review on here about my experience and guess what.They have been in touch with emails trying to bribe me into taking my negative review off trust pilot. They offered me a full refund and a brand new pod2 as compensation based on me removing my review. I decided not to accept but to come back on here and tell everyone to stay away from this company. This is just like other companies who pay for good reviews.The product should speak for itself and people should not be bribed into removing honest and factual reviews.I bought this item based on good reviews and now I questioned how many of them were written and paid off by this company.Buyer beware !!!!!!Please see the response below. Against data protection laws they are threatening to provide my full details. I have not given them permission to do so. My review was anonymous because I chose not to put my details on a public website. This shows you the type of company they are. The other issue is that I made my purchase last year and had accepted the outcome. The email I received a couple of days ago came out of the blue. I had moved on and forgotten about the situation.There initial email was to offer me a refund for the remaining money for me to remove my feedback. I replied that if they truly wanted to compensate me for the hassle then they needed to go over and above . Otherwise I would just be back where I was before dealing with the company. I suggested if they wished to make things better then £50 compensation would allow me to remove my feedback as if it never happened.They then contacted me again to offer me the refund plus a pod 2 free of charge . I refused this because why would I want another product when the product I had already purchased wasn't the quality I expected.Now to name me on a public site together with threats of publicising my details against data protection laws should show anyone who is in the wrong here.I will always fight back when I feel bullied. If anyone wants copies of the correspondence they sent I will only be too happy to provide them .Shame on you Nurecover I will be reporting your data protection breach to the information commissioner office (ICO) and flag it as a blatant breach of data protection laws in the UK. I have not given you permission to give my details to anyone privately or publicly.
