So far so good with all the products I have purchased. Cold plunge is awesome just thinking i need to purchase the larger one to be able to get shoulders and neck into water better. Sauna gets to about 105 for me and i feel amazing after doing both together. The grounding sheet is doing its job as far as i can tell. Need one for our spare bedroom when family comes in. The bathmats soaking up water are doing their job also as nice mats under our dog's water bowls.
I’m more than pleased with my purchase! I was surprised at how well the sauna worked and I like a HOT sauna. I love that it’s portable and when I encountered a problem with my steamer pot I received prompt and excellent service and a replacement was sent almost immediately. My house cannot accommodate a built in sauna and this product allows me to steam out my stress and is easily assembled and disassembled. I LOVE IT!
DO NOT buy from this company. They offer a discount code for entering your email, then if you want to return it, they tell you that they don’t accept returns on sale items. Even though it wasn’t on sale. It was a discount offered for providing an email. Nothing is ever returnable if they always offer that discount code.
