I absolutely love my ice bath!It was so easy to set up, and it does a beautiful job at chilling the water once the ice is added and keeping it cool.We can pack it away when we need the space back and then pop it back up again we needed.I’m addicted to my daily ice baths!Can recommend 100%
Ordered sauna and ice tub. The sauna works just great and is what I expected. I realized I did not need the tub and never opened it so I got approved to return with a shipping label. Sent it back and was supposed to receive a refund with 7 business days. It's been 7 months and still not have received any help after multiple emails attaching the order number. Support is a joke
Had a damaged pill box in my steam converter for my sauna. Contacted customer support and with no issue & they shipped me a new one. I’ve just returned my Original Sauna & was refunded for it. Now I’ll be purchasing a Red-Light Therapy Sauna instead.

So I stumbled upon this great company a few months ago while I was in the market for a sauna and cold plunge that didn't break the bank. I was sold on the idea of buying a sauna and getting a cold plunge for free. I will admit I didn't do enough research to notice that they are based in the UK, as I am in New York, but that hasn't changed anything. Shipping felt long, but I did menage them and they contacted me back quickly. When I received my shipment, it was easy to put together and I put them in my basement in case of water damage to my floors. I use my sauna and cold plunge twice a day and can't wait to get in them from the start. One day I Smelled what seemed to be a burning plastic smell coming from the water heater. I contacted customer support and within a few hours they contacted me back, confirmed my address and quickly sent a replacement to me. I also asked about the red light sauna as it came out shortly after I purchased mine, they confirmed my address and sent me one right away and I'm looking forward to adding it to my routine. I'll admit I browsed through some comments on here that didn't sound delightful l, but I assure you their rating should not be a 3.9, it Should be upper 4 stars, if not a solid 5. I will update if anything changes, but I assure you it is a product for the price and I would recommend again and again. Thanks!Mikey M.
Absolute con stay away at all costs.The red light needs to be 6inches away so no effective this is not a sauna in any shape or form it is a steam room, a Chinese piece of **** from Alibaba. Do not fall for snake oils salesmen making a quick buck. They don’t know what they or doing or what they are talking about.
