Review Time
Ordered sauna with red light and ice bath tub. Use them regularly. The red light was shipped separately and took awhile to arrive but once it did it only worked for a few weeks. However, one email and a replacement was on the way. Even during the wait for shipping, customer service was always responsive to my requests.
This is from so long ago, but it's a terrible unit. Cheap, barely gets to 30C, drips EVERYWHERE inside the unit, and the customer service was laughable. This is just an awful company with cheap crap from China. I seriously thought it was a joke when it arrived. In response to the reply:I did write to your team. And was soundly refused any help. The unit's instructions on the front are in CHINESE (not that there's anything wrong with that but I don't speak it, and it didn't come with any english instructions for the most important part of the whole thing). I bought it "on sale" and when it arrived the box was damaged, there was no branding on it other than the mat, and it comes with a children's camp chair. I asked to return it but because it was on sale, the answer was no - even though there was nothing on the site about it being a final sale unless you dug down into the bottom of the page. I finally tried it about 7 months after I got it - just in December. It was as bad as I expected. People deserve to know this is not a good product.
Easy to erect, not sure about the extra $$ for the infrared if it works or not, but the lighting is a benefit. We had a bigger camp chair to put in and added a sand timer. Easy to clean, good quality and heats up very quickly. Great value for money as it does what we need in our new apartment.
Buyer beware, they will bait and switch you at checkout with a discount code and then when you apply it, it will say nothing about it canceling out the free ice bath that they also offered you. And then to top it off when you email them about it they will be rude to you and tell you “you should have known that was gonna happen”
