Constant Upgrades

The constant upgrades make me worry that your product is nothing but a marketing scheme. Having to watch that super long annoying video before being able to read anything was also a clue.

Terrible experience & customer support

Overall very poor customer experience. Upon order, expectation was within 10 business days. Instead it took over 2 months for product to arrive. Followed up several times with company support for updates , but communication from customer support was minimal and not helpful. Product apparently shipped from Asia, but no notification given.

It’s been a month and I still have not…

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been a month and I still have not received my order. You charged me a month ago. I’ve emailed several times and I’ve been told the same thing: it’s on its way. I think this company is a scam and I’m disputing the credit card charge now. You blew it.

Ordered a supplement from this company…

Ordered a supplement from this company site states 3-5 business days for shipping of this product. Over a month later and it never arrived. The entire time I was emailing them asking to be refunded and if not given a return slip so I could return once (if it ever) arrived. Kept getting variations of “oh I’m sorry we can’t do that”…never signed up for a subscription but they charged me a second time for another order when my first never even arrived. Finally went to my CC company and reported fraud. Within an hour of that I got two emails from this company stating I would be refunded for both orders and my subscription cancelled. They were trying to cover their bases. I obviously won’t get that refund as my CC number was changed instantly once the fraud was reported. Hoping the disputed charges remain taken off my CC but the main point is this company is complete trash like the majority of these quick purchases IG ad companies now adays. Do thorough research before buying from companies you see on ads on social media now, they make them selves look good through their marketing and a sleek website but a lot of them suck massive donkey bawls.
