I mistakenly ordered Tropic, I contacted them to cancel and ordered the Ultimate. They charged me for both bundles and did not send the Ultimate. I'm now at over 12 emails because they have no phone number and refused to call me even tho I begged them to call and fix the situation. Horrible customer service
Literally the WORST customer service experience I have ever suffered through. I feel they intentionally do not respond to you in a timely manner, if you have a cancellation issue, in order to get their product out and initiate such a difficult return process for you. The product arrived later than quoted and did not give me an option to refuse upon delivery. Finally, they charged more than $200 as a restocking fee for a product that has not even been opened, as well as forcing me to pay the entirety of the return shipping fee. What an absolutely horrible company model. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SAUNA NEEDS OUT OF THEIR BASIC PRINCIPLES OF UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I've tried half a dozen times and your customer service is non existent which leads one to believe you are not a legit company. I have tried to help you in saying that I obviously got a bad batch of methylene blue, but after this customer service escapade I believe it is just counterfeit products - probably like the Chinese or Canadian blue crap they put in fish tanks. Anyways, the next steps I take will be with the Florida Department of Consumer Services, the Florida AG and every social media outlet available
I would give zero stars if I could. After receiving the sauna, it clearly was not the size advertised (size is MUCH smaller). I contacted the company and they made excuses about how the info on the internet isn’t wrong (example: they advertise that it fits two people. It does not. The company replied that it can fit two IF you both stand up.). After expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting the refund (within the window), I had to fight with them over the restocking fee (not my fault the product is not as advertised). I had to pay the return out of pocket ($89) and It’s now been 3 weeks since the product was returned (confirmed via tracking) and I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend this product or this company!!!
Honestly, I have never experienced worse customer support than with Nurecover, they treat you like absolute garbage. I already left a review on Trustpilot, but I felt I had to share the second part of my story.After going back and forth with their team, their rep Daniel Dwight promised me a full refund. I never received a single cent. When I followed up, they just stopped responding altogether.Please think twice before buying from this company. Their products are low quality and potentially unsafe (I only discovered this later through YouTube reviews). Their website is full of dark UX tricks designed to push you into buying overpriced, white-labeled products from China.And don’t be fooled by their so-called “100-day return policy.” It’s basically a scam, you have to pay for shipping and restocking fees, so you never get a full refund. Additionally, you cannot properly test the product before returning it, which completely defeats the purpose of having a return policy in the first place.
