The shipment had a minor issue and contacted customer support. They quickly answered and corrected issue with no problem. Great customer service and great product. Definitely would recommend to anyone in search of a sauna or cold plunge.
I cancelled my order immediately after accidentally ordering the items and received a confirmation email that it was cancelled and my refund should appear within a few days. A few days later I received a shipment confirmation saying my product was ready for shipment. I replied to the cancellation confirmation email and told them to not ship it, only to receive a reply that it had already been shipped. I told them to send me a return label and schedule a pickup after it gets delivered because I did not want the product they then emailed me saying to refuse the shipment or take it to a courier and ship it back to them. I replied that I would not be home to refuse delivery because I work, and that I would not be taking it to a courier to ship back, that they need to schedule a return pickup. They refused to do so, forcing me to dispute the charge with Amex. The products are still in my garage awaiting pickup return but I’ll be throwing it out if they don’t pick it up. Terrible customer service, I do NOT recommend giving these scammers any business at all!!
Fake product, totally different composition of product than what is advertised. NMN product sold stated it's NMN 500 MG, yet what is shipped is not NMN, it's 625 MG of herbal junk that is different than what was listed online in the ingredients.
