Scam

Scam, returned their product, I received confirmation that they received it and was told I will get my refund in 15 days, it’s been well over 15 days. They still occasionally respond to email inquiry’s and say it’s in the process. Spend you’re money elsewhere

I’m so glad that you guys asked me to review because I my order July 25. It is now August 15 and I still haven’t received it. I have sent six emails requesting a tracking information only to find out it’s coming from China. Finally two days ago someone responded and said that it was shipped from your international location, which is why it is taking so long and that I can’t get a refund and I said it said 3 to 5 business days after I purchased the order so right now we are almost a month no communication zero customer service China made brand and i will leave multiple reviews like this through social media and contact Tony Robbin’s to see why on earth he’s ever advocate for your business !

Great customer support

Was initially hesitant with some of the reviews.All arrived in reasonable time, works well and has been a great addition/benefit to training and relaxation.Steamer broke after about 6 months. Customer service replied to my email within the hour, and posted a replacement free of charge within a couple of days!!!! Thanks team, great customer service!

I placed my order on July 3rd and still have not received it. 3 weeks. So I’d love to say it’s a great product but I have no idea. In fact tracking says it left overseas yesterday. July 23rd. Very disappointed.

It has been over 20 days since I placed my order and I still have not received it. When I asked at day 10 I was told it would ship soon. Pretty generic response and since then I have heard nothing.

I was comfortable waiting for the chiller to arrive. But once I get asked for a review BEFORE the product even gets to me I get upset. Never ask for a review before the customer gets the product. That’s just bad business!
