Still waiting on my sauna and icebath!Ordered 13th November and still waiting on delivery. To be fair the courier lost the ice bath item, however all I've been informed of is the sauna is "in transit" with no updates or delivery date in sight was also told they'll send the missing ice bath once I receive the sauna despite me paying the extra insurance for damaged/lost items! Emails for tracking not showing any info either, disappointing as this was going to be a Christmas gift which seems won't be here on time.
I wish it was a 0 star to be able to leave it. I purchased the nurecover Tropic Home Steam Sauna and added the NuCare+ 2 Year Damage Warranty on 11/13/2024 I have been emailing customer service since 12/05/2024 because the sauna is liking, they sent a new tent, but it is still leaking, until yesterday I received the new pill box and Steamer Pipe - Tropic Pro and now the water container/steamer is not working and turning off every 2 minutes. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I totally wasted my money.
Honest review here. So I bought the water chiller and ice bath first, and I was so impressed with it, that I went ahead a week later and bough the steam sauna. The ice bath is gets down to the temperature they say, and even a little colder, and its SO easy to set up, and has been amazing so far, they offer a 2 extended warranty as well, which is super important in my opinion. I'm 6'1, I fit in the water up to my neck in the ice bath, and can dunk my head in fully, I'm about 185-190 pounds.The steam sauna is much better than an infrared sauna for your home in my opinion, it is in the sense that I do not need to spend 45-60 minutes in there to get the desired result. In the nurecover steam sauna, 15-20 minutes is enough to get super hot and sweaty, and feel super relaxed after, I don't need to spend any longer in there than that. My lungs feel great after too. It was also SUPER easy to set up, no joke. Im 6'1, and I fit in no problem, and don't hit the roof with my head. Honestly, using both the ice bath and sauna together, has been a GAME CHANGER.
Before purchasing, I was skeptical about the benefits of a sauna and cold plunge, but now I am a believer. I use my sauna 3-5 times a week and love it. This is an affordable way to see using a sauna is something you may enjoy. I would highly recommend it.
