Unfortunately, this sauna was not a great purchase for the money. I’ve had it over a year and for 9 months it’s been sitting in my basement storage unused because it does not heat up nearly as hot as expected. I contacted customer service and they claim it’s normal. What a joke. I feel like I spent my money on a bunch of stinky plastic. Would not buy again! Just buy a regular sauna if that’s what you want.
A huge waste of money. The water heating element broke 3 times, and they refused to let me return the product and just kept sending replacement heating elements. The heating elements were all from different manufacturers direct from China, so this brand does not have quality control in place. The tent also leaks at the zippered seams - I had to put a tarp under the unit to help control the moisture which was destroying my floors. One of the worst customer service teams I had ever dealt with in all my years in customer facing roles. Do yourself a favor and get a membership for a sauna near you
