Review Time
I have been using on my back deck which is in a protected area and does not get much wind and still I am unable to use if there is even a small wind because the pattern in the fabric creates lots of small pinholes through which air comes in and the heat escapes. I cannot use if temperature outside is below 50 because it doesn’t heat up and I always use highest setting. The zippers stick and there are also lots of little holes in attaching fabric through which cool air can come in and hot air can escape. The nurecover logo patch is stitched onto sauna creating more holes in sauna. The “waterproof” infrared device started shorting out after one week and stopped working after about 10 days of use. The switch was always sticky and hard to switch on and off. The plastic lifting handle on the water heating device is very flimsy and poorly attached to the device so that if I carry and fill from the sink I am afraid to carry with water by the handle for fear of it detaching from the unit and spilling water over the floor. There were no instructions included for the infrared and poor instructions for putting together the sauna. I had to find utube video to know how to put together sauna but did not find anything for infrared.
The steamer is garbage and will stop working after a month or so of using it. Since I bought it in November 2023, Nurecover has sent me 5 steamer replacements. My 5th steamer just broke again and I sent them the video of the machine not working, but since it’s has now been a year since I bought the steamer they will not replaced the steamer. My sister bought her steamer a year ago as well and hers has been replaced 4 times. Please do not waste your money on this product. I’ve got the videos and emails proving all the steamer replacements. Spend a little more money and get a better product. Nurecover is a joke.
We bought a sauna and have enjoyed using it. 7 months after our purchase, the steamer part stopped working. I contacted customer service, and they answered promptly. They sent us a new a steamer in the mail quickly. I have recommended this sauna to others!
The product works. But is not worth much more than what I paid on sale. I would not pay for it at full price. Cover is so tight, it busted seems when I was trying to set it up. And I wasn’t using much for when it did so. The instructions are vague, so be sure to google the set up instructions, something I should have done prior too. Same with the steam machine, very vague, and no instructions on where or what the steam pod is. The ice bath is missing a pole, but still stands when filled with water. There is a slow leak at the bottom of the drain as well. My main purpose for purchasing was to see if I would use it regularly before looking at something permanent and of better quality. But for a trail run it is perfect.
This is made from cheap materials. Zipper is not engaging. There are gaps in between. The poles that hold this together are plastic. The red light is just a little LED. The directions to assemble and use are minimal or non-existent. For the price point I would not buy this. Needless to say it was a waste of money. Once you use the product, you cannot return it. And they do everything to make it difficult for you to get a replacement
