Bad product doesn't get hot

Bad product doesn't get hot. Maybe a little warm but not enough to sweet. After one use the bisplay became water logged and cant be read and the product trips my circuit breaker on the house. Garbage product. Update they did fix the issue straight away, let's see hiw the replacement goes. Ok another update, after sending me an email saying they were going to replace my faulty product they sent me another email saying they had changed their mind and will now not be replacing the product. Yeah keep away very crooked company.

I love the sauna but i am still waiting…

I love the sauna but i am still waiting on the infrared lights, they said they shipped it all separate but i received my sauna and ice bath over two weeks ago, don’t think the lights are coming.

Very upset with the product as the water seeps through the bottom. Also, if you are new to steam saunas they caused my eyes to hurt and headaches to follow. Leaving a 1 star mostly because of the misleading 100 day money back guarantee. If you open the product or use it then you cannot return it. The 100 day guarantee is only for those that switch their minds prior to using it. To me, if they really believed in their product they would offer a return if dissatisfied.

I have been patiently waiting for my…

I have been patiently waiting for my steam sauna to arrive for 3 weeks now. (States 3-5day delivery)Was given incorrect tracking details that don’t work. Contacted customer services who apologised and gave me another tracking link that didn’t work but at least i had a tracking number to use for a separate website to find the order that has possibly left china? Really disappointed so far, but if it ever arrives I'm hoping it does what it should. I will gladly update/edit this review after contact or resolution of the matter.

It broke within 3 months of using it

It broke within 3 months of using it, I got the sauna and cold tub and the sauna steamer broke right away and then later the bold tub ripped.

I was pleased with my tub for the first two months - worked fine. Then the pump quit working and the frustrations began. Rather than send me a new pump, they began ridiculous troubleshooting unrelated to the broken pump. Try adjusting the filter, try resetting the cooler, send us videos of the pump not working...etc. Three weeks later I'm still playing the back and forth email game. I even offered to just pay for a new pump but no luck. The tub and chiller are fine, customer service is absolutely brutal. I do not recommend.
