They advertised a discount with a free ice bath. I clicked the add and purchased. I had also seen a coupon code advertised for an additional 20 percent off. What they don't tell tell you is by adding the code you remove the free ice bath. They won't make it right. They will not send the ice bath. They have the same product on tik Tok shop for half the price. Go there. Anywhere but here.
I had ordered an ice bath and sauna and after the ice bath arrived with no sauna I emailed they said to me to wait for 10 days and I did I emailed again and they told me to wait another 3-5 days they did this on multiple occasions and when I emailed for a replacement or refund they stopped replying to my emails. Worse experience I have ever had with a company I DO NOT recommend
I have ordered the sauna on the 15th of November.I am still waiting for the parcel and I will be going on socials and contacting my bank if this issue isn’t resolved my Monday! This was meant to be a Christmas present for my husband. And although I have received a tracking no. With Evri it seems that the parcel is lost. I have tried to contact Evri with no luck, and been told to wait again.This is unacceptable and hopefully by Monday I will get a resolution.Thanks
This a great idea with a few drawbacks. Upon setting up I noticed dozens of pin holes in the insulating fabric, this allows heat to escape. The zippers need more insulation as they also allow a lot of heat to escape. In an 80 degree room, the highest temperature maxes out between 103-105. Even with these drawbacks, the price point for the product seems acceptable.
