Excellent customer service

Received our beautiful cot from Obaby only to spot a little damage on one of the parts. Emailed customer services and they responded straight away to say they would replace the part straight away and how to find the item batch number and part number to ensure the correct item is sent. Then later emailed the tracking code for the new part. Couldn’t be happier at their speedy response.

Amazing.

Amazing customer service. I’ve had a cot and changing table for about 4 years now and it’s been used a LOT. I’d managed to render one of the screws that use the Allen keys as useless and after emailing the company they have immediately sent me a replacement. As for the products, couldn’t rate them highly enough, brilliant. Mention to Charlie (Charlotte - Customer Experience Manager) who dealt with this for me. Credit to the company.

Missing parts - took over a week of back and forth emails to get a replacement sent. No response to other damaged parts highlighted. Very disappointed by the quality and experience.

Beautiful chair, very helpful company

I bought the obaby gliding chair with footstool when at the baby show in Manchester earlier in the year, and asked that they deliver around September time as I’m due my first baby in December. At the end of August I emailed their customer service just to check what date it’d be delivered roughly, they happily checked for me and I promptly received delivery details as promised. The chair itself was simple to put together, although we struggled slightly with figuring out the arm rests, so I again emailed customer service who within 2 days emailed me with a thorough explanation on how to put it together along with photos! Nothing was too much for them. Not only is the chair incredibly comfy and perfect for us, but the company itself are very efficient, polite and helpful.

10 out of 10 for exceptional customer service! After a few difficulties, Charlie kindly arranged for the QC, James to come to my home and assemble my Nika Cot. He was so kind and efficient. Charlie was so professional and sympathetic towards me. The problem was rectified and resolved within a day of speaking with Charlie. They kindly brought me over some goodies, including chocolates and baby toys! I cannot thank this company enough, the customer service has been second to none, and they really showed their care and compassion towards me and my situation. I am so truly grateful to such a great team.The cot looks fantastic and everything is perfect, as I was promised.You should all be proud of the team you work amongst! Thank you again.
