Fantastic customer service!Even as a second-life owner of an Obaby Crib, when I reached out to customer support they were incredibly helpful and friendly :) Even with me messaging over the Christmas/New Year period, they were responsive with replies.I was missing most of the screws/parts to turn our bed from a crib to toddler bed - previous owner had misplaced them unfortunately, as they never used it as a toddler bed. I reached out to the Obaby customer service team, and they offered me the option to order the parts direct. Thanks again + hats off to a company supporting second life usage of their products!
We first brought obaby furniture for our son who’s now 3 years old and expecting baby number 2 any day we have just brought another set “orla” collection - the most beautiful pieces and the finishing look is just something else , we wouldn’t get our furniture anywhere else
We have been shopping with this company since our first grandchild and can’t recommend enough The newest range we just got is the orla range and it’s absolutely stunning , easy to build , fantastic quality and highly recommend
I’m disappointed with my experience buying from Obaby.Bought the electric Madison swivel nursing chair at The Baby Show on 25th Oct after trialling the display model. Had to chase delivery and eventually it arrived on 7th Nov.On delivery, the chair was not as described. The back cushion was visibly lopsided with uneven padding and didn't match the exhibition model or Obaby's website images. I sent photos and videos when I raised this immediately and requested a refund.Obaby disputed the issue, suggesting the chair would “puff out over time”, and said a refund would only be considered after an internal inspection. They also tried to apply a £30 collection fee unless they considered it was a manufacturing fault, describing this as a “goodwill” return.The chair was collected on 15th Nov, but no refund was issued. Two weeks later I was told the statutory refund period had not started because they hadn't “agreed” a refund. In the end, I had to recover the money through a chargeback on my credit card.While another item in the same order was fine, the handling of the chair return and refund was unnecessarily difficult and heavily process-driven. Basically I wouldn’t recommend buying from Obaby if something goes wrong.
