Review Time
We got a full-size Maya cot bed. The bed looks just like the picture, but there was a pretty strong paint smell when we first unpacked it. We asked customer service what kind of paint was used for the bed and received a reply recommending that we air the bed for a week before use — without directly answering our question about the paint. Only after we followed up further did they claim that the paint is VOC-free (with no proof or supporting information, just a claim). The paint smell lasted for more than a week, and since we received the bed after our baby was born, we had no choice but to use it right away. Given the back-and-forth, their credibility regarding this claim feels questionable. There was also a small crack on the rail, probably damaged during delivery, but it didn't affect the assembly of the bed so we did not return it.
the product ( baby cot) was as advertised on line and we are very happy with it. When it arrived there was a small hole in the packaging which i did not notice until i unpacked the cot and found a damaged panel. I contacted Argos who were Great !. Sent a replacement part and all is now well and awaiting it's new occupant. :-)
Customer service was great, particularly Vicky. Really quick replies, gave all the required information, offered extra support, and just had all the answers and solved my issues without any hassle. My nursing recliner is also fantastic - love it. Thank you!
Would 100% recommend. Made purchase through Argos but contacted customer support and was very pleased with the help provided.Also met a few members of the team at Sandown Park and was honestly so impressed. They helped explain different products like the mattress (which is an amazingly designed product) and the cot which I already have.
Poor furniture quality, which dangerously collapsed after 8 months of use just inches from my 13-month-old baby. Obaby customer services were unhelpful and accusatorial, pointing out that I shouldn’t have used their factory-provided fixings if they were not up to standard. They also accused me of making additional holes, which is untrue. I provided photographic evidence of the issues and they declined to provide a replacement item or replacement parts.I would not recommend buying anything from Obaby simply based on their poor customer service.Update: as per Obaby’s responses “ it is clear that additional holes have been made to the unit” - as mentioned this is in an incorrect accusation as there is no benefit for additional holes to be made; the instructions were followed verbatim.Update: as per Obaby’s response - “You requested a replacement unit” - I requested replacement parts or a replacement unit, however replacement parts were offered at a cost even though the product was not fit for purpose, despite the claims that it was vigorously tested.Furniture sometimes malfunction and decent customer service would be to accept this is the case ant times and provide a solution. The incorrect accusations from Obaby have resulted in this review.I’m surprised at the poor quality customer service and will not be ordering from Obaby again, and suggest others think before ordering from them.

Ordered the Cloud Bedside Crib online and extremely happy with the purchase. The product is very high quality and very good value for money. The delivery was very quick. This is our second purchase with Obaby and we will not hesitate to shop again and recommend.
Disappointed with quality but quick fix by OBABY! Old review> We’ve been using this mattress for only 3 months with our baby, and it’s already showing a visible depression where the baby lies. Given the short usage time and the light weight of a baby (from 3 to 5.5kg), I expected the mattress to hold its shape much better. Unfortunately, this raises concerns about its durability and support. Not what I would expect for the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a high-quality, long-lasting baby mattress.Update> OBABY customer service was very kind and understanding and replace the matress very quickly. Obaby is one of my fave baby brands. Their products are genuinely of high quality. We have our incredible nursing rocking recliner chair, baby clothing shelf and cot all from Obaby. It’s a trusted brand that offers extra special quality and personally it worth what you spend in return for its amazing quality. Can’t recommend enough!
Still no contact from this stupid company! My complaint was supposedly passed to the ‘Customer Service Manager’ over two days ago!Their social media team informed me that I will be contacted, here I am still waiting!Absolutely unnecessary stress on someone who is EIGHT months pregnant!They should be shut down for even being associated with baby products!!O baby eventually refunded me £60 as a goodwill but then asked me to REMOVE my review. I have explained to them that I will leave my review online as other customers have the right to honest experiences.
