Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service, very helpful, quick and efficient. Within days I had all the fittings delivered (free of charge!) for my Grace cot-bed, which have been lost when we were moving a house. We’ve bought this cot-bed originally for our first baby (just over 10 years ago). We’ve used it also for baby no2 (both as a cot and toddler bed) and I’m really pleased to say that this pice of furniture looks still great in my youngest one bedroom. I would highly recommend fantastic quality of OBaby products and amazing customer service, always there for you! Thank you so much for all your assistance😊

We absolutely love the Obaby cot bed

We absolutely love the Obaby cot bed we got a year ago, it’s beautiful, well-made and resistant but recently I noticed I have missed some screws required for the conversion into bed and reached out to their customer service, which were incredible in sending these screws to me. Since then we just love the bed even more by knowing there is support from Obaby when we need it.

Edit to review: my original order was through John Lewis who were telling me it was o baby causing the problem. I emailed at 20:30 at night and got a response at 08:30 the next morning from o baby directly with an immediate solution. Thank you!Appalling service. My baby is recently out of intensive care and we have been sent the wrong item so I am being forced to cosleep as 5 days on I still haven’t had a response!

Baby’s Leg Stuck!

Woke up this morning to find my baby’s leg stuck through the bars, luckily I caught it when I did or it could have been a lot worse! He has 2 massive bruises either side of his leg from where it has been stuck. The size between the bars is just under 2inches on the Nika Mini cot bed compared to other cots from other brands which have at least 3 inches gap! Awful cot will never buy anything from here again

They sold us a cot bed with missing parts, and then refused to solve the problem, claiming there's nothing they can do because it was bought from Amazon.Edit: After I posted the negative review, the Obaby customer team contacted us for the second time. On this occasion, they offered to send the missing parts, still framing it as a 'token of goodwill,' though. However, by that time, we were already in communication with the Amazon team. Despite their initial suggestion to contact Obaby first (curious, considering packing Obaby products was supposedly their responsibility), they promptly refunded our money upon learning that our initial request to Obaby was unsuccessful.
