Amazing customer care! Charlie and then Maria dealt with my query (always responding so promptly) and I have been sent a set of fittings (free of charge) for a cot that I bought over 4 years ago, but have stupidly misplaced the fittings!Can’t thank them enough!

Charlie from the customer experience team was extremely helpful and friendly during our email contact and helped to resolve my problem. Brought my daughters cot bed nearly 3 years ago and has lasted so well. When changing it from cot to bed I realised I had lost some of the pieces needed and Katie at customer services was so helpful and sent me out the pieces I needed straight away. Would highly recommend
After taking apart our cot and then going back to it a few years later….I realized I had misplaced the screw fittings in a safe place and could no longer find them. I contacted the customer services team who were extremely helpful and posted the missing fittings out to me right away. Cannot recommend this company enough!
