Very pleased with the quality of the bottle.The only negative is that it took over a week to receive my bottle when it said 2 to 3 days. On a positive to Ocean Bottle they did quickly respond when l emailed about my order.

Friendly support, awful water bottle

Customer support are friendly and helpful but unfortunately that is the only positive I can give. The bottle leaks (don’t believe anything you read online about it not leaking) and right now I can’t drink from it without loosening the cap. I’ve checked the gaskets, straw, each part individually etc but it won’t work. You could buy a £5 bottle from a supermarket that wouldn’t have these issues. Great brand and ethics and I wish I could continue to support, but unfortunately a complete waste of £36.

Don't care how many turtles are saved; if you're charging almost £40 for a travel mug, the outer material shouldn't show signs of visible wear after one month.

Prompt efficient service. Well packaged. Great choice of product. I love how my bottle keeps my drink so hot for so long, no spills too 😃 Comes apart so I can wash it well.Fits in my bag pocket & is easy to carry. Added bonus that it's good for the ocean 💖
